Reason: User was infracted and tempbanned for horrible racist trolling posts. Don't be this guy.

The Chinese guy was sat at the table for hours waiting. Apparently Durrrr texted him to say he was in London with his gf or something but was pretty sure they would play 'a ton' of hands soon...

Re: Nosebleed Cash Games at APT Macau (Durrrrr, Ivey, Juanda, Giang)
OK quick update from winfred, 5 handed action going on Chau they only pro playing 10k/20k blinds with a 10k ante, only just started. Durrrr and Phil not playing today. been a quiet day. More and more of the locals dipping into the PLO game with jeff Lisandro and Ted Forrest stakes at around 500/1000 so nothing too exciting there.

Hi Mark F and Tom. Great thread, just ignore idiots they are a minority and 99% of poster's are very grateful for what you are doing. Answering back only feeds them, so don't give them the satisfaction of being noticed. Anyway, does Chau Giant actually sleep? Also, what is this gaming show in London I have read about earlier in thread, could you explain for me please as I'm in London for a while.
Thanks, Harry.

Re: Nosebleed Cash Games at APT Macau (Durrrrr, Ivey, Juanda, Giang)
Thanks Ray. Bryan, shame to miss you at APT, but understand the commitments of a PokerStars pro.
Talking Pokerstars Pros, I had the distinct pleasure of spending some time with Joe Hachem in Macau. What a top man. A complete gentleman, great bloke and all-round nice guy.
He dropped by and we joined some random HK$10/25 table (the smallest table he has sat at since winning the WSOP) and enjoyed a few too many drinks and a cigar (not many places you can smoke a cigar in a poker room any more). Of course all the players got a huge buzz out of playing with Joe and like the man he is, he just patiently and happily signed cards, books, paper or anything else shoved in front of him.
Neither of us ran well (I got triple stacked by the APT CEO Jeff Mann - who just about still has a job after that) and I managed to finish off Joe with 7-2 all in against his QQ with a J 3 4 board, turn 6 river 5 at around 4am. Joe actually busted me in the first live tournament I ever played so it was a very small degree of revenge. The man is pure class.
I know you aren't supposed to promote things, but Joe is an active supporter of the Shane Warne Charitable Foundation, a worthy charity providing for kids in Australia. A worthy cause, please support it.
Going for dinner in Taiwan now after a day in the classroom. Night all

Yea, it's great to want to give a lesson and all, but I doubt that it was the optimal thing to do, given what's at stake here...

Yeah...too late for that one But you uploaded them and there is certainly nothing to be ashamed of... You will get some critique about pointy elbows... ... and hopefully some very creative photoshops... but we already all love you for your updates and can't wait for more.
Thanks for livening up our nerdosphere!

Re: Nosebleed Cash Games at APT Macau (Durrrrr, Ivey, Juanda, Giang)
Stella: pro tip is to have your facebook profile and photos set to like the most limited setting, although I know it sounds like one is giving in to internet-trolls when one does so.(your friends on fb are obv still allowed to see them, so it just limits access to ppl u dont know anyway)
The vast majority of the viewers of this thread I think are classier than to only show pics and post their views on them though, and all the info on games etc is much appreciated.
Mods: Maybe keep an extra eye on this thread so trolls/spammers dont get out of hand (seeing ray is on it, I feel a bit safer though)
Looking forward to update on the PLO Etc
