You will not have a problem. There are plenty of English speaking people in HK, and even more in the hospitality business.

It's a troll job because he has 1 post and if he was the slightlyist serious about going to macau he would have read up on at least 1 paragraph/page/thread/site of anything on macau and realized that it's an ex-colony with american-owned casino frequented by HKers whose offivial languages were english and cantonese until 15 years ago. Besides i dont even know any tourist hotspot in the world these days where nobody spoke english, let alone macau.

If someone isn't gonna figure out that wynn/venetian/mgm staff can speak english then most likely they arent serious about travel in the first place.

Sure seems likely someone would setup a 2p2 account to fake an interest in visiting Macau, and then further disguise it with reasonable if a bit naive questions.

Winfred Yu from poker King Club posted earlier today - "Big Game got bigger than usual, blinds 20k/40k/80k, 70m on table after 6 hours." Thats all HK$, so divide by 7.8 for US$. Sounds even sicker than usual.

regarding the "big" game, do they have a 4% rake like for the other limits? : )
with a cap of like 4BB or so.

They probably pay less rake than your average $1/$2 game

Based on what I've seen of high stakes games at StarWorld, it's probably ~$30 USD / hand or so in rake (~$200HKD). So, certainly higher than your average $1/$2 game. It may be higher for super high stakes, maybe Tom Hall can fill us in.

Correct HK$300. Played for the first time in a while. Horrible line up, 6 pros, 2 locals and I. Played horrible but got super lucky, all in and hit a two outer after being miles behind for a 4m pot. Don't even want to recap the hand it was that bad.

Why do you want to back his next 2 outer? J/K Tom seems like a great guy and love his posts. Seems like his results have been pretty good too despite his modesty.
