Best outcome is for Nik Airball to get stacked by Garrett in a 2 million dollar pot in Hustler’s big game upcoming in May. I have reason to believe both will be playing in that game.

Garrett is another I had to give the ol slappity slap slap to one night. He accused me of cheating in a pot after I picked off his semi bluff with J high. We went out side and I introduced him to rosy palm. He squealed. Needless to say, I will not be invited to Hustlers big game in May.

I think Nik has a lot of potential - we had him down to Texas at The Lodge for one of the $200/$400 games last weekend and he was easy to work with willing to play with anyone, buy-in $500k deep and help promote the show. It's one of the first times I got to see him play an entire session and I thought he was a nice anti-hero that some will love and some will hate. I enjoyed having him around. Seems to be one of the few people who will call someone out to play and actually play against them to battle.

I played in one of the open PLO games at the Lodge after the stream ended late and Taras + Nik came to join until 7am after playing super high stakes the past 12 hours lol (Texas poker is OOL)

If he can stay in the game and keep making money doing it, we will probably see him around for awhile.

Love the way NIK overbets his 3 bets with ATC.

The only other player capable of doing that on a consistent basis is Keating..

Yeah, he does some stuff that is bankroll bullying, or against scared money players, is bet size bullying.

Recently did it to Doug Polk at The Lodge pre flop, and to Mariano on the turn at HCL. With Ace rag against Doug doing a large size squeeze, then telling Doug afterwards that Doug was locking up his $450K win from the day before, which was true. And against Mariano who chickened out of a reasonably obvious call on the turn because Nik overbet it.

Bankroll bullying is a real thing. Bill Gates was famously asked to join the big game with Dolly and Co.

Gates said he would oblige if they bumped the stakes up to the point where 100% risk of ruin was a definite possibility - Dolly and Co declined xD

C'mon Jey can't believe you are doing this....
What about the dude calling people bitches at the table? What would you do in that situation if it was you? Destroy his chipstack and then go out to eat w him after the game like bitch Jungleman?

It is disgracefull that he was allowed to do that and in front of the club owner. Total amateur hour at the lodge. Are there no rules there? IF I go to the lodge can I insult whoever I want and keep playing at the table?

Trust Fun Babies should study and get proficient at implementing the legitimate and justified strategy of Bankroll Bullying.

Pretty sure Nik said to Doug also, "you're my b****", after getting Doug off a hand . I think it was in the squeeze spot I described, but it may have been in another hand.
Nik is probably getting away with this behaviour because he is now a very valuable asset to any stream he is on, love him or hate him, he is box office.
Also, if he is as nice as pie to everyone when off the table, which people are saying he is, then opponents will be compartmentalising his on table behaviour, even if they hate it.

Are you saying that if Nik says "I will burn this place down" that he should quickly be forgiven because he is a valuable asset like Phil Hellmuth?

I saw on twitter a post that tagged most of the participants on the game and saying they went to dinner afterwards. It had like 2 or 3 pictures of the restaurant b4 they even got food.
I can't really find it now, but 99% sure there was a post. Jungle was tagged in it for sure and either Nik was tagged or he made the post himself. Doesn't mean they went to dinner, maybe Jungle was tagged because it was his money paying the bill or wtv, maybe it was lapse copying from the lodge post with the @s, but anyone reading it would think Jungle went out to eat w Nik.

Maybe Jungle got dragged for it and asked for it to be taken down or they were still at the restaurant when the post was made and decided to not dox themselves.
Either way I would bet 99-1 the post was real, if there was a way to.

That has nothing to do with the tweet I described.

Dude got called a bitch multiple times and didn't do ****. Going out to dinner afterwards doesn't change that much how much of a bitch he is, it's just the cherry at the top of the cake.

But once he got the play too many hands tilt out of his system, he steadied the ship, started to play better and pulled things back from a peak low of about a $135K loss, to an end of session loss of $33K, which is peanuts to the main man Nik.

Also notable, is what an average or below average reg Johnnie Vibes is. Not impressed by him at all. Plays like a nit, plays like scared money and seems very poor at value betting the river. Not a fish, but way below the calibre of Nik. The more I watch Nik, the more his playing style reminds of that of Garrett Adelstein. Three main things that are similar to Garrett: 1. He 3 bets wide in position pre, trusting his post flop skills and positional advantage to give him an edge, even when at the bottom of his 3 betting range. 2. He often checks the turn OOP when he knows he's miles ahead, setting up a 1.5x to 2.5x river jam lead. 3. He balances this value play by 2x to 2.5x ing his third barrel bluffs on the river. Garrett does all three of these things too. I think Nik is slightly better than Garrett at thin value betting the turn and river but Garrett is better than Nik at making big laydowns on the river, although Nik is good at that part of the game too, but can improve at it. Mariano is trying to play like Garrett, and mostly does, however, Mariano does so by simply copying the technique of Garrett, but Nik does it more with natural flair.

Not sure if Nik will ever rid himself of the play too many hands tilt, but as long as he's aware he's doing it and keeps pots relatively small when he's in that frame of mind, then it won't do him too much damage. But it is a leak, so as chairman of your fan club can you please fix it if possible. Going for a walk might be better, or if you need to go on play to many hands tilt, then limp a lot pre and pot control post, don't try to force it, which is what you do, and it nearly always loses, because opponents let you do their betting for them when you are on that type of tilt.
Your boy let you down. That at vs one of the tightest for profit players (henry) at their little fish pond auto disqualifies him for 90% o the BS you spewed about him.

He also confirmed he reads 2p2 a bunch with the dwan jokes.

I mean VIPs do get a lot more latitude with their behavior, assuming he actually meant it in a serious manner. I imagine a big part of making money playing live poker is having to deal with intolerable people who dump at the table. I’m sure Jungle is fine with it so long as he can keep playing with Airball lol

Is Jungle even a winning player in these NLHE high stakes line ups that have a mix of whales, good regs, other locals, and the occasional crusher in them. I doubt it.

All I see is him lose, lose, lose.

He plays a terrible style of play in them, nitty pre, then GTO post. This combination doesn't work very well, and is exploitable by opponents who have worked out his style, plus he tilts more than a pinball machine on the Titanic, and appears to have no live reads skills.

Jungleman is an interesting and likeable fellow, but has now become the value in most live high stakes NLHE cash game line ups.

On HCL a few minutes ago: Nik owns Art Papazyan's soul getting him to put his whole $50K stack in with 1%, I say 1%, equity on the flop. Art is a nit pre flop in these high stakes cash games and buys in pretty shallow, but is still an elite NLHE player.

Approximate action, at 50/50/100. Nik makes it 400 with 75o. Art 3 bets to 2000 with AQo, Nik calls. Flop 773r. Nik says "that's me". Art c bets 1800, Nik makes it 7K, Art makes it 17K, Nik 27K, Art all in, Nik snaps, run it twice, no help for Art. $100K pot. Art outclassed.
