You think Ali is masculine?

I'll have to give a listen to Nick/Will .. from the outside looking in it may be difficult for two 'prominent' poker Players to work together with both being the 'color' guy. Things take time .. it's very obv that Nick has adjusted very well to what HSP is looking for with AJ and himself.

Ali (and Jeff Platt) are very good 'play x play' guys, neither has an extensive public poker resume and seem to be more than willing to take multiple punches. Stapes is a great 'distraction' from the mundane hours of tournament poker, but obv does turn off more and more of the poker purist/solver viewers these days.

Are Nick/Will actually there or do they get to commentate from Vegas via feed? I think Nick loves to be around the family more and more (ala Asmus). GL

Everyone else: "Feminine/masculine has absolutely nothing to do with proficiency as a poker commentator, and the fact that you think it does says a lot about who you are as a person and the way you see the world."

You: "Wait, so you're saying you actually think Ali masculine?"

As long as it's not Hartigan and especially Stapleton I'd listen to almost anyone.

All the Triton commentators are great except Ali, not sure why he started whispering but it's annoying.

Brian and Nick on the 50k PLO was the best, most insightful commentary from a learning perspective I've ever heard on a stream. Was an honor to hear two real OG's explore the PLO streets.

Yah some1 said it be4 that he's VERY Feminine lately & the non stop whispering & a lot of wierd creepy sexual jokes

That's all around terrible commentary by both of them!
