lol howard was always a nice guy, he had no malicious intent for any of this to happen. I guarantee you when he finally comes public it will all make sense. wHy would a guy like howard whose filthy rich decide to knowingly scam and now be in hiding the rest of his life?

He probably trusted the wrong people/made bad business moves and now hes in a jam, you can hate him for running the country bad but not for outright theft. Im sure he feels terrible for all this and all the people, and he prob didnt make an announcement because that will make him look"guilty" of all this happening. quote this post whenever it all comes public! I for 1 say howard is innocent!

There are 40 to 50 million reasons why. Even if he "retired" as the boss if you are still collecting boss sized payments you still have to keep your eye on game a little bit. Howard went to great lengths in this video to explain his honesty and ethics which would include some, maybe a little, a tiny bit, a grain of sands worth of oversite of FTP. These problems didn't develop in a day Mark.
