i think that GTOw should make this a private tool that sites can use, not a tool for the public.
it could be both a tool that people use to study and learn and simultaneously work with poker sites and integrate GTOw in the site kind of like chess.com does, this way it would measure the accuracy of every players, at least available to the integrity team
whats even worse is he tried to pretend like he didn't mean to.

No a bunch of paranoid people trying to frame their fellow players is not good for the poker economy. That's great that it was resolved but the account never should have been banned in the first place as all the matches came back weak at best. The system is currently very flawed assuming no new updates have been made in the past few days. When this all went down absolutely nothing to stop players from watching you and looking up a bunch of hands similar to the ones you played and reporting you. Oh and dont forget all the poker is rigged and everyone is cheating types that constantly pop up on 2p2. If im wrong im wrong but as far as i know GTOW currently has no way to match GTOW users with poker site names. So if bob plays a hand and it gets looked-up no way to know if Bob looked it up or if it was someone else. Why wouldn't i post about Berkey in this thread. It was Berkey and his megaphone that was a big cause of all this. Besides i was replying to a post in this thread so it would be kinda weird to put the reply in another thread.
Good. Glad to see it. But it's kind of crazy how much influence Berkey had here. Seems like he provoked both the beginning and end of the suspension.

Was the victim compensated for berkeys illegal actions? I don’t think so. Hardly a satisfactory resolution.
The minimum berkey should do is give the guy a free lifetime sub to S4Y
