As most might already have heard ACR just shut down operating for German players a few weeks ago, on February 1st, 2024.
I've been strongly considering between the two options of moving to apps/private sites to keep grinding cash vs transitioning to MTTs as they seem grindable w/ the German regulations in place.
One thing that concerned me for MTTs is, should the part about 'only being able to play on one licensed provider at a time' be enforced at some point, it would kind of make MTT grinding not worthwhile with an actual 4-table cap across sites (at least much less so imo).
I had the impression this would likely just not be enforced, but I just found this thread (see screenshot below for the essence) where German players on 888 received error messages when trying to register a tournament and one of the players learned from support that this was due to the 'LUGAS-Aktivitätsprüfung' that ensures that you only play at one licensed provider at a time.

Do some of the MTT grinders located in Germany have experienced issues grinding across multiple licensed sites until now? Is the 4-table cap across sites (!) actually enforced at this point?
