What became of this issue? How long did it take to actually receive your funds? I am in the same situation right now. I have not received an email or the funds in my bankroll. I've been playing on the site for years and customer service SUCKS!!!

This has always bee the policy at wsop for any tourney score over 5k. Typically it takes less than 48 hours for the money to be in your account.

The state or the Country? It might make a difference. Also see a CPA.

I'm European and I'd move in Vegas. How does it work for guys living here? Do they have to pay taxes on winnings?

Yes, you would have to pay "federal taxes" on net winnings. No "state" income taxes in Nevada.

You would have to keep good records of all wins and losses for the federal tax return. If you had net losses for the year you would not owe federal tax.

Thanks for your answer. It would be kind of a pain in the ass to keep records of cash games winnings

It's not that hard. Just set up a spreadsheet for every session that you play, and set up columns for:

where you play
date
start time of session
end time of session
how much you won or lost

If you set up the spreadsheet correctly it will do the math for you, just put in the numbers when you get home.

most people would be playing from home... Where?, only 1 choice in this category wsop.com. And i believe you can get records from wsop.com... but you could just record what your bankroll is at start of day vs end of day.

Where is clearly tells you how much up or down you are? Or 100's of transactions that mean nothing unless you manually add them all up?

Where and what in the settings do you do it?
