Cool interview. Interesting that the author makes a point about the atmosphere being 'electric' at the PCA when it was going to be finally revealed as to who Isildur1 was when the whole poker world already knew, haha.

I don't understand how they can list the restaurant's signature dish as Sirloin with extra garlic.

Extra in relation to what?

If the dish is sirloin with garlic no amount of garlic in the world would constitute as extra as long as it is the amount that the creator of the recipe had intended.

So extremely tilting!
