No need to prove that they are not. 1) Burden of proof is on people pushing product (if they would like non-credulous buyers) 2) Default belief should be/is that they don't work and aren't worth looking into.

At least #2 applies to those who have a little background in human nature, and the long history of snake oil salesman, (which you do), and/or those ppl who have watched Jimmy legs CR videos.

I think what Jimmy Legs and I are getting at is that you actually shouldn't have a default agnostic view on products like these pending rational/empirical evidence. There are things were agnosticism should be the default view, but this is not one of them.

I'm convinced that ispithotfire is either a DN multi account or DN's publicist attempting to distract people from his terrible decision to endorse these things by posting 5 or 6 of the dumbest things ever posted on 2p2.

If that's not a level gimmick account then maybe evolution is an incorrect theory after all. There's no way somebody that stupid could make it through life. If that is the case then hell, those stickers probably do work and Darwin was wrong.

Btw, do they make ones that will stick to my taint? You know, like sweat resistant or something?

So we shouldn't care about anything less important than that?

You propose an interesting solution but I think it's a bit disrespectful to feed the dead soldiers to starving kids.

That is generally not the type of endorsement given out for free, and it's certainly not consistent with you using it one time.

The best case scenario here is you're a sucker, and you allowed these con men to take advantage of you. You should contact them and get them to take that testimonial down. It's embarrassing, but it's not the end of the world.

The worst case scenario is you're being paid to endorse endurastrips, have some sort of economic interest in endura strips, or are endorsing endura strips as some favor to someone (perhaps you lost a golf wager to Dewey?). So either you know they are a con, and are actively participating in it. Or you just don't care about what you attach your face and name to as long as they are cutting a check. Given the quality of some of the products you've put your name on in the past ( poker mountain, stacked, pokervt, any of your poker books), I really don't know how to handicap this, because obviously you don't give a **** about quality.

I did NOT write that testimonial nor did I ever agree to let them write one for me. I do NOT have anything at all to do with them in any way, shape, or form. I am not an endorser, or an owner of anything related to this thing. I've just informed my agent about it and my testimonial will be coming down soon I hope.

Stuff like this happens to me often. Random websites will attach my name to something and claim I endorse their products. When I spot them, I get my agent to contact them and have them pull the endorsement.

I'm not lying about anything at all. They asked me to "try it out" at Bellagio and put a mic on me. I tried them, and they seemed to work. That is literally the extent of my involvement with any of this crap.

Did you guys actually READ the testimonial? Does that sound like something I'd say? All of a sudden I'm Mr.MultiTabler? LOL, sheesh!

I don't think someone posting a quote that you never said or authorized qualifies you as a sucker.

DN says that his agent was in contact with the site and they ought to be removing the "endorsement" soon. If DN had actually signed a deal with them, they simply won't remove the quote. We will have to see in a few days what happens.

If DNs quote is a fabrication, I think that it is somewhat likely others will be as well.

Good. Much better than your first post in this thread (except for the "they seemed to work" part).
