This is ridiculous - if I were the innocent owner of a poker company which had been ripped off by "prior management", as UB & its shills claim, I'd save my indignation for the thieves.
The fact that Norton's lawyers are chasing critics, rather than the guys he claims to have stolen money from him, reminds me of O.J. Simpson pledging to go after the "real" murderer.
Can you post a copy of the letter? Was it from an American firm, a Canadian one? Or perhaps some tribal lawyer who owes him a favor?
If they ever dared to sue for defamation, the discovery process would be interesting. . . Maybe we'd finally learn a bit about the UB/AP ownership & management structure.
Cheers, Carl.
Right.
He spends hours and hours making a post.
Calling Chief whatever a `thief, murderer, criminal, drug dealer`..
saying his tribe is involved in about a billion illicit activities...
with only the loosest of proof.
You can bet if there was something about `microsoft` on a website, or about the navajo community it would be sued off the web in a second.
I`m not saying Norton is right or wrong, i`m just saying.
