This is literally how the game was played in our high school breaks. Limit hold em with no blinds, average VPIP was about 60% I guess.

OP appears to have awoken from a dream, like in The Sleeper.

In today's tourney world BB Ante's are so good for the game, especially when half the table are so absorbed in their screens that they forget to ante Every. Single. Time. (which thanks to BB Ante is now only once per orbit instead of every hand).
