What Joe did may have been innappropriate, but you're blowing it out of proportion. He's apologized to you, your girlfriend has been unaffected, noone (most of the community, i mean) here even knows her name and if you never told her about this, she will never in her life hear about it.
I think you're using 2p2's hate for UB to snowball your reputation here but honestly dude, he's apologized to you and handling it the way you did is extremely nit picky and arrogant. i think part of the problem is that people want the names to be sexier perhaps? Annie, Phil, etc, but we never found anything to support that. we released everything that we did find.

How does that change the context? The fact is Sebok knows something about OP's gf that he believes OP wouldn't want said publicly, Sebok included his girlfriend in the text, and yet Sebok is saying he didn't mean the text to come off as aggressive or blackmail.

If you knew something about my gf that I didn't want said publicly, and I knew you knew that info, there's no way I couldn't take that text as anything but blackmail.

I have a legitimate question. I haven't been following the UB saga or your involvement with UB closely and I was wondering what more details have come to light since you started working at UB?

A full 12-18 months after the cheating scandal, UB sent out emails to dormant accounts stating "the cheating scandal is behind us, here's (some trivial amount) of free money to try the site again. So players logged in to the site only to find out that UB had confiscated all of the unearned bonus money that supposedly "never expired." I had something like $2500 of unearned bonuses that I never bothered trying to clear after I quit using UB after the scandal. At one point post-scandal they decided that all unearned bonuses would immediately be confiscated.

What a great way to try to get your reputation back, by stealing more money from your players.

Why do you keep trying to hide the fact that the same people that were involved in the cheating are still a part of your company.
