I'm not sure why a photo represents a "liabilty" to 2+2. I'll be more than happy to include the photo in my Eurolinx article if anyone wants - I can't see that a photo is libelous, and it could be vital in tracking down this character.

Also, those of you in the other thread who are offering "25%" of your balances to a lawyer: you can offer 100%, it is extremely unlikely that a lawyer will take this on a contingency basis. You need to decide how much you are willing to invest IN ADDITION to your missing funds as a lawyer retainer. Then you'll have lawyers beating down the door, but it's more expense and absolutely no guarantee of satisfaction beyond what, if anything, the liquidatoras come up with.

The penalties that Jo Remme faces for breaking the LGA rules are incredibly small.

A fine of not more than 232,937.34 Euros and not more than 2 years imprisonment.

the whole thing is so disgusting...especially since as soon as we realized there were problems (late may), it was already much too late. It sounds like it was also too late for you the day you made him the loan, and of course you had no way of knowing any better either.

What are your thoughts about just where all the player funds ostensibly held by Eurolinx went? Running a poker site requires a ridiculously low overhead. I don't know how much the site was raking / day, but suffice to say their take + the player funds it looks like they absconded with must stretch into the tens of millions. So where's the money? Do you think Jo just flat-out stole it?
