Fool me once, shame on you;
Fool me twice, shame on me.

If you got scammed by this criminal once (who would still be punishable under US law), don't be stupid enough to give him any of your details so he can send you "payments". Isn't that what he promised to you the first time round? Send his information to the police, include the link to the thread & let the courts settle it. Don't let him prey on your hope that you might actually get some payback.

And FYI, Justin. It's not -$10,000 until you actually do something that's worth -$10,000. Your confession & your promise to do something worthwhile both lack substance & conviction.

Thing is, there is no god, therefore Justin Archuleta remains a thief and scammer. Also, karma is BS too so victims should not hesitate taking a big **** in his yard.

You still have about $220k worth of karma to clear.

How do you plan to pay people back? You keep mentioning a payment plan but where is the money coming from?

I was scammed for 3k and honestly it was a huge influence on me and made me think that poker is not the most honorable sport and I turned my focus to being more fullfilled mentally. Had I spent the time I could have played but I used on other more meaningfull things I would have made a lot of money.

But honestly you need to pay everyone back. For you to truly forgive yourself. Have a nice life.

It seems easy if you take it step by step.
What if you had a program to see the other players hold cards?
You would use it, take a 1000 dollars off other players.
You would get away with it. Next time 10K,...

Nobody here would confess (or even remorse) he stole 300K. Justin confessed and remorsed. That's a big hero call.

Stop trolling and being self righteous. Most posts were awful (address guy),
some post were hopefull (guy who got scammed and said he'd hope Justin would do good for other ppl from now on).

Good luck Justin.
Mods could you please check the ips of the poor justin commentators?

You hit the nail on the head yourself. The guy doesn't have the means to pay this back dude. He blew through the money and is here just for crisis of conscience reasons. Don't buy into pot of golds at the end of rainbows dude. The money ain't ever coming.

Here's hoping the usual NVG trolls can do as God wished (2 ears, 1 mouth) so that those victimized can have a chance at being paid back. Those are the most important people itt.

It's not possible in a way that is their fault. Did you have contact with anyone (chat, email, skype, PM, etc.) around that time?

He failed to mention that fact that the vast majority of people (I hope) would never scam people out of 280k in the first place!

Am I crazy, but isn't the honorable thing for Lefort to do is:

- pay nba_guru the money that he won from his scammed funds
- and should Justin pay back nba_guru, then he snaps hands it over to Lefort

Is Lefort OBLIGATED to this....No.

SHOULD he do this, IMO......Yes.

I wouldn't hold your breath if this guy owes you money. You'd be putting your trust in someone who believes in fairy tales, an invisible man in the sky, and a whole host of delusions. I'd rather put my trust in a scammer to be honest.
