I don't think anyone is surprised that this turned out to be BS, we all knew it was from the start. It was all just a matter of finding out what was actually going on.

I have skimmed this thread, a couple thoughts:

1. LOL at anyone who said anything bad or negative to Lefort. Dude oozes class and handled the situation as nicely as possible. nba_guru decided to risk nearly 100% of his net worth on a single transfer and he sent it first or otherwise didn't allow the transfer to properly clear. If you have had multiple 2+2 accounts and are a long-time poster, it is insane to not realize the vig you pay on 2+2 is the risk of getting scammed. Sending all of your net worth first with someone you did 2 seconds of research on is insane. You said you put your financial life behind track for months, but couldn't be bothered to do 10 mins of research? gtfo

2. I am 99.9999% convinced this guy acted alone. He comes across as a sociopath and a pathological liar. There is absolutely no way he would have been able to manage an accomplice (or multiple) while pulling off these scams. You think he wouldn't have scammed his accomplice as well? If there was an accomplice it was in the form of a shady character who "hacked" 2+2 accounts and was purely selling the accounts and not involved further. All of the conversations people had with his accomplices were actually with him posing as other people. Has it even been confirmed he is Justin? Seems like that is probably a cover as well.

Even if all relevant IP addresses were released there're two problems:

A different IP address doesn't prove that the account wasn't used by the same person.
The same IP address doesn't prove the account wasn't used by a different person.

And we are back to speculating how good with computers the criminal(s) are/is.
