My Carbon cashout is taking longer than 5-6 weeks, time to panic?

carbon rep to me: "I see your check for $2500 remains pending. We are facing a delay due to a peak in the number of withdrawal requests. Our priority right now is to have the pending checks like yours processed and ready for delivery as soon as possible
the agent then apologized and could not offer any timeframe on when this issue would be resolved. curious if anyone else has been having these issues and also wanted to give a heads up to those people considering making a deposit there
