Well he didn't wait 18 months, did he? It is fact through those admissions made by MM in those texts 5 months after he lost the bet that he indeed owed JY the money and it is not out of the realms of possibility that further communications between the two occurred especially if we look at the first line of MM's OP.


Convenient argument for MM to run to disparage JY's reputation. Easy fix would be a PS rep come on here with the info to show it. To me, this line of attack by MM is similar to suggestions MM made in the other thread raised by Stinky that the OP in that thread ought to have known better than to trust one of MM's reps' word.


He had that chance for 3 months after he lost the bet but he repeatedly reassured JY for three months (that we know of) that he was going to pay his dues.

I also wouldn't be surprised to see MM ship it before this reputable 2+2 poster comes online to assess the situation.

Its not out of the realm of possibility that JY should have sat down man to man to resolve the matter with evidence. Its not out of the realm of possibility that JY should have paid Assani a lousy 2k for a year.

I believe it was JY that allegedly ran to pokerstars, threatened to come to 2+2, and then posted text messages.

It would be even easier if JY sat down with MM and prove he wasnt free rolling.

Spent the last three days talking to all parties involved including the one who never posted. I was sent information and I am satisfied I was not freerolled. I apologize to jason and am paying the money out as directed by him. This thread had many turns and drama. I really felt like I was protecting myself for once and I was proven to be incorrect.

One thing I always do is tell the truth. That is the truth as I recalled from over a year ago. I never would of let this thread happen if I didn't think I was freerolled. I was incorrect in this and made a mistake. I asked for information and if I got the information I would apologize and pay. I am comfortable enough to know I was wrong.

I am paying out to people jason owes. We have agreed how the money is to be paid.

1)You really didn't have the money to pay Jason back then and the old "I'm being freerolled" excuse was a good one to use until you got your finances back on track.

2) You are more gullible then I thought and Jason was able to put some crap together and dupe you into believing he had money to pay you last year. Oh, even though he couldn't do that for over a year and offered no proof in this thread no matter how many requests were made.
