I have known of Jason for close to 20 years. Maybe crossed paths about 5-10 times. We grew up in the same town (which isn't very big), I also know enough about the situation to know that these speculations kilowatt is throwing out to us potential "clowns" are completely dumbfounded and baseless.

The establishment he has is not new, and has operated under at least 3 different names and owners that I know of off the top of my head.

What do you know about the previous owner and their situation?

You are clearly derailing the thread and attacking the person who( among alot of others) is asking the questions that would go a long ways in getting this thing figured out. Why wont he even answer why he wont name the bookie? How is he going to pay assani? Pretty simple.

Nothing you wrote there is refuting anything I wrote. I was simply saying that starting a restaurant is really expensive, whether you buy it yourself or from someone else, and that it's weird he's listed as the only owner, given all the bets he made that he couldn't cover both before and after the purchase.

Do you disagree with that?

Yea the whole restaurant convo is way off topic and irrelevant to the truth of what happened in this situation. At some point 1100 posts into this Jason Young is gonna have to answer the tough questions he doesn't want to. And like kilowatt has said previously that if somebody doesn't want to answer questions in some sort of manner in a resolution thread he is lying about something...

Umm...did you conveniently forget to add that from between July and September 2012 that on numerous times MM made promises to JY to pay in texts and there was no mention of any of the notice MM had got in April-June 2012 of the debts owed by JY as stated in his OP?

I am gonna throw this out there again and ask if it would at all be reasonable to speculate a possible connection?

Grasping straws maybe. But for some reason it might make sense considering all involved. If this is at all related, I can certainly understand JY's reasons for not revealing his connect.

Now, those unfamilliar with Federal laundering, illegal gambling and racketeering cases, would not understand the possible ramifications of this thread being used for what ever reason, by whatever side, in whatever situation at hand. I would hope those intimately involved do.

Point is, if this is part of that, all sides will not see closier in a public forum. No way. Just round n round we go.
