Obviously this is a really dumb move, but MN is one of the most civic-minded states in the country, and has a progressive history when it comes to individual rights. It is one of the few states in the country that offers more protection for the 4th amendment than what is provided by the US Constitution.

They canceled the hearing. The politicians and lawyers are engaged in ongoing discussions about what will happen next. What, if anything, will be the outcome of those discussions we will just have to wait and see (and keep our fingers crossed). Until something is announced, however, things should go on as normal.
