I knew someone who is a mutual friend of many of my friends, who did a similar thing to Mikki. The guy who grew up in the same neighbourhood as me in UK. He moved to LA back in 2006/7. He then started living the high life, living in the Hollywood Hills, pretending he was a hedge fund operator, or film investor, blah blah partying, going to Vegas every weekend. He once proclaimed he was professional NFL bettor and was looking for partners & ‘investors’ he mentioned this to me knowing I was a poker player but it was quite obviously a scam. Every line was bullshit. It started being for bigger and bigger money, I was in the Wynn one year with him and they sent him a jet to pick him up, gave him the biggest suite in the Tower Suites and I personally saw him play with $250k. I watched him play BJ and he was literally clueless. He didn’t even know basic ‘strat’. Sadly despite my best efforts he didn’t want to play in any poker games I tried to organise lol

It transpired that his grandfather left him $5m, his sister and parents got nothing so eerily similar to the above. He’d bought a home in the HW Hills outright no debt, and then at some point started gambling for high stakes. This carried on for a year or so, then he ended up hooked on benzos, going nuts and even kidnapping his own toddler age daughter - where he ended up arrested and in federal prison (it was all over the news). Everything else were pathological lies. It ended up with his house being foreclosed and he had lost every penny and borrowed more. Hes still in jail now I believe.

I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest that Mikki is basically exactly this, some inheritance trust fund schmuck trying to launder his own image/pr & money, to pretend it came from gambling (akin to Bilzerian).

Did any of these guys grandfathers serve with a General Wainwright in the Philippines or have access to a banker in Nigeria who wanted to send them cash from an abandoned account ? .... or any of several other scam stories, primary or secondary in nature ?

The scavengers have found the Hustler stream. It's nonstop people covered in their madeup crypto or douchey one-dimensional hashtag brand and scavengers like Helmuth are trying to get involved. "OOH MAYBE I CAN HAVE SOME OF THAT MONEY OR ATTENTION?" thought Phil anytime he saw anything ever. The guy is a jerk to most people, complains incessantly, and is starving for attention/money in the most shameful way. This won't improve the stream, and if Hustler actually wants to continue to grow their business they'll need to avoid the clickbait human route.
