I don't get what's so hard to understand about running $150 up to $1.5M. Or, getting [smart] poker players to pay you to gamble for them in coin flip games.

Everything checks out

Why do people get so worked up over Mikki? Questions as to where people actually get the money to play in this game should be asked for >50% of the field. This may very well be the dirtiest game ever streamed to the public, and it starts with the brand under which it's run.

I don't think anyone is particularly worked up about him just curious about what he does and how he makes his money. Would also be interested to know this for some of the others on the steam!

"being an advantage baccarat player" lolz. Every $100 you bet on Bacc costs you somewhere between $1 and $1.25 .

He was a blast to watch on the stream and an interesting character, but the Bacc story is obviously BS unless you don't believe in simple Math.

Why he perpetuates this myth, I have no idea.

In EV, not actual dollars

The IG has been active for over a year so whatever hes doing is working

Lots of scams last longer than a year surely.....I don't think anyone on here knows exactly what he is doing but being a 'pro gambler' asking to be staked on IG is a bit suss. Just because he's being doing it for a while doesn't make it seem more legit

over the long term EV = Actual. That's how casinos pay the bills.

The concept of an advantaged or professional bacc player is laughable. Is possible with Blackjack if you can avoid the trespass hammer.

I have no idea if what he is doing is working. They are just a bunch of IG pics and mean nothing.

more importantly, he seriously needs to google "tatoo removal" and see what his options are.

Yeah def not implying it isn't a scam, just that he's managed to persist for some time doing this. which is impressive on a level.

PT Lou, the long term is a long time when regressing a 49.25/50.75. Could easily be a fish on a heater and he believes hes got some edge

Yeah I agree with that. Whatever he is currently doing seems to allow him to play high stakes in various games whether it's poker or baccarat or blackjack so he is definitely living the dream. It seems unlikely he is doing this by genuinely beating those games so for his sake hopefully it is because of trust fund / crypto or similar and not because of scamming people and/or drugs!

It's players like him that keep the game entertaining. I so miss the early 2000s when poker was so much for fun with various characters and not just 95% boring geniuses.

without question he was a blast to watch greatly increased entertainment value of the stream. He seemed intelligent and overall interesting dude.

Def sucks at teh pokerz though. I'm horrible and even I gagged at some of his plays.

In his defense he was only the 2nd worst player at the table that night. Lucky wins that honor and by a wide margin.

Anyone tried calling the number on his IG?

Mikki has some sneaker game. He's wearing Nike Ben & Jerry dunks in that IG video which go for upwards of $1k.

This or trust fund seems most reasonable to me. I just don't see him having pulled some crazy business scam and he's clearly not a business tycoon either. I mean look at him.

I think he's been great on the Hustler stream btw. Very respectful and nice guy.

Yes, noticed that as well. Like I said above. He's a total enigma. Looks like a a guy that was just arrested for selling crack to 5th graders, but in conversation comes across as a genuinely nice and honest guy.

My guess would be that he's just a SoCal trust fund baby, he should be in the age range where these sorta trusts get opened - so you have a lot of 25-35 year olds who suddenly are decamillionaires and look for validation by peers so he tries to be some sort of Blitz or Stevewilldoit internet personality.

Occams razor for 99% of 2p2 is always "scammer" and maybe I am just wrong on this because often you guys are right, but I think there would be a lot more profitable scams especially if you have access to money, cars, girls and some celebs than pretending to be an advantage player in a game that can not (?) be beaten by any technique like card counting or whatever.

Guys like him are amazing for poker, the biggest mistake of the poker industry has been to try and sportify the game and instead of highlighting the gamble and doubling down on the edgy characters.

[x] nice
[ ] honest

for large chunks of the stream he's telling everyone how good he is at gambling and how he never loses and just story after story and the table is openly mocking him and calling him out on it but in a playful way since you don't tap the tank too hard

if they weren't at the tables they wouldn't stand for his nonsense
