as discussed in the video you linked that doesn't mean he's won a dime. he may have lost $20mm, but still has $11mm when checking out and got the remaining balance paid out by check.

But isn't that almost exactly what he's doing? He tells all these baller stories and pumps up (or simply invents) his big wins, while not talking much at all about the inevitable losses; intentionally trying to pass himself off as a winning gambler, in order to get people to send him money on Instagram, which he either pockets or uses to gamble on -ev games. How is this not textbook fraud?
