That´s not entirely true.

It is true that you can recover call logs and text logs through the phone company without the actual device present but files that get stored on there like pictures, music etc, you would need the actual phone physically present.

It´s also plausible that this phone that he uses was never connected to a phone service and was used with public wifi specifically to cheat. If he used some specially made program on this phone then I think they would need the actual phone to investigate and find proof of collusion.

Just to spell it out completely. Justin cannot send info to Mike while doing commentary so the cheating has to be put on hold.

I've been casually browsing this thread + watching some of Joey's investigation. I noticed that Mikey was often sitting in seat 1 or 2 which made me curious as to how often he was sitting in these seats and if there is any kind of discrepancy in his results/position.

I used the data from alecspade/js84;s posts and then checked which seats he was in using the stone's youtube channel to see which seat he was in for that day:

Seems like seat 2 is the most favorable seat to get the least amount of airtime from the above camera angle:



**I couldn't find mike in two of the sessions from alec/js84's post so this is the results after 67 of the alleged 69 sessions mike played.

I can also confirm as having played on the stream that seats aren't often assigned. Typically you just pick a chair. I have only played a couple of times so I have no idea if picking your own seat is a normal thing but if Mike has been in seat 1 and 2 disproportionately more often than any other seat, that does lend credence to the idea that you DO choose what seat on a first come first serve basis and that he is actively trying to hide from camera view.

Imo this is the biggest factor here. More and more looks like Justin is involved which makes it seem that Stones has culpability. Which is imo big for the players who lost and can prove it. Should be easy for them but I would look into hiring legal representation if I were a player

Seat 1 and 2 is more interesting if the hat theory is correct. Only 1 or 2 people will easily see the left side of his head as opposed to being along the rail where half the table can or in the 9 seat where 1-3 and dealer can.

Amazing work. I think more importantly than "airtime" its the precise angle where you cannot see the phone in his lap from any camera angle available (front or behind), and so reduces the chance the most of seeing the screen.
