Yeah I've been meaning to point out, that Postle has different phones in various videos.
The video this clip came from he has an iPhone, but in some other videos its an android phone.
I can tell from the different bezels and camera positions on the back.

When he has iPhone, I think he starts by getting message by text/iMessage.
Berkey says you need Windows Media Player, but I think Berkey has missed something here, I think you can probably also do it on any phone using VLC Media Player.

This is kind of an interesting episode actually... has Joey or anyone looked through it in depth?

Veronica & Friends with BotLady & Brent / Jul 20, 2019
This is a great example of how he needs to do this at 1-3 and not at higher limits.

When you think about it, God mode has extremely narrow ranges. There's only two situations where he makes ridiculous overbet shoves on the river:

1. When he is trying to get you off a chop or winning hand.
2. When he knows you have a super-strong second best hand and he can get max value.

So if you can figure this out, you should know to call off these shoves when you have, like, 3rd pair, and fold to them when you have bottom set.

No, JFK is referring to his co-commentator's phone, and snap says "iPhone can't do that ****," as soon as he sees it. Which obviously jumped out considering Berkey's info. Unless iPhone's have a general bad rep for hacking??

Yeah I know what you mean, it all fits surprisingly well with what we know now, which was why i was posting it I was just adding a bit more info, that maybe you could also use VLC player.
JFK is definately showing that he either knows or has heard something about iPhones & hacking.
I think he said he had been drinking a lot of Gin & Red Bull, which explains a lot lol

(Same stream as previous posts above) (sorry im on mobile and it wont let me link time stamps)

Justin gets annoyed at another youtuber asking about live rigging.
I've been wondering for a while if anyone has been going through the live chat comments on the live streams. Has anyone raised any suspicions? If so, since when?

1 in 2^121 or 1 : 2.658455991569832e+36
In a percentage, that is 3.76158192263132e-37 or 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000376158192263 132%

So if you flipped a coin 2,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, or 2×1027, times, you should expect your longest run of heads to be around 90. So lets begin our experiment, which, if at one flip per second, should only take billions of times as long as the universe has existed.
Just for reference, what are the odds of winning the powerball twice?

Of course I’m referring to criminal case advice in planting a seed of doubt. There is obviously no merit in discussing a civil case with a preponderance standard: no reasonable person could dispute the fact that he likely cheated; it's a slam dunk directed verdict. The more interesting and contentious part of the civil case is Stones and the confederates’ liability. MP is likely judgment proof anyway. You took it there b/c you don’t understand practical application of law. That’s ok, just don’t act like you know what’s “good legal advice”.

The game playing bigger wasn’t the point. The point was that Mike can argue that rebuys and add-ons were common and that HE was doing both, which affects his overall win rate.
But your legal advice was really bad. There are so, so many cases every day that will receive guilty verdicts with less "evidence" than is currently against Mike. It's so weird to act like we're at the beginning of a fishing trip when we've already caught the big fish.

Which was their job. You're finding "talent" for a steamed poker game you want action players or semi famous ones. But, the biggest action player after Mike did not play anything like Mike. Every room has a number of great action players. They decided to stop playing baccarat for an hour and come sit at PLO? That game goes from one empty seat to a list 7 people long in an instant.

But, these games always *increase* personal variance. When a game plays bigger (and your sessions are rarely longer than 5 hours, usually closer to 3) you should have insane swings *both* ways.

First off Postle has never had an Android phone. I have sat with him once or twice and he was showing me some online poker playing app that you can download from the app store. So stop putting false info out there. Secondly with VLC you can stream WMV files.

Think all of you should take a breathe. I spent the last entire week running through the streams WAY more through than Joey, Doug, or the spreadsheet creator. The $326k number is WAAAAAAYYYY off. No accounting for rebuys or addons in it. After going through them all that number is MUCH more realistic over a 18 month period. We are talking like $158k. IF I were playing defense attorney I would be blowing this number away. It takes a lot of the steam out of their claims and without solid proof of any calibration between Stones and Postle or cheating device this entire thing gets thrown out.

Then Postle turns around and slams Joey, Doug, Brill, and all the plaintiffs with a slander lawsuit and wins because the one thing he WILL be able to prove is that without any proof Brill started a smear campaign and with the help of Reagan mathematics inflated the damages to at least 1.5x what they actually are. So while Joey keeps trolling streams admiring a "god" they should be getting their **** together so they don't get dismissed as being haters on someone that capitalizes on playing bottom pairs like their the nuts.

Thats the other thing you should run the numbers on. The guy plays 5-6, 4-5, 7-8 like AJ or 10s. Run the % on how often he plays those.

Im not really a maths guy but I believe its just the probability of the event times itself. So if the probability of winning the powerbowl is 1 in 292,201,338:

winning 2x in a row: (1/292201338)^2 = 1 in 85381621928990240

winning 11x in a row: (1/292201338)^11 = 1 in 1.3258799485650636e+93

As the tweet mentioned, he claims the odds of him hitting that win rate is (1/2.49)^92 or 3.5453577686288858e-37, so maybe its closer to winning the powerbowl jackpot like 5 times in a row. But remember, winning something 2 or however many times separately, is very different than winning it in a row. Each individual flip of a coin is 50/50. Even if you flipped a coin 10 times in a row, the odds of getting heads when you flip that 11th is still 50%. But the odds of getting 11 heads in a row is 1 in 2048. If you haven't already, look up gambler's fallacy, aka the Monte Carlo fallacy.

Where is your data collection if you ran through every stream? I have my data collection here from trusted professionals, ill even link the video SIR! (If you dont want to click just know Postle made close to 1000 dollars an hour over the course of around 300 hours)

Look up Oscar Wilde libel trials. There will be a case for anyone sued for defamation to be able to prove that Postle was cheating and the allegations served a public good. It will only hurt Postle if he is dumb enough to do that. I'm sure his lawyer would advise against a defamation lawsuit.

Yeah he doesn't play every 54os and garbage hands. He only calls all-in with 54 when two of his opponents have AK and cold calls three bets out of position when they have non premium starting hands. Almost like he can see his opponents hole cards....

For the people doing deep-dives and watching entire episodes: have you counted the number of times he stares at his crotch while in a hand vs while not in a hand? I'm guessing he's only crotch-gazing while in the middle of a hand and rarely when not in a hand, which is the complete opposite of how normal people would use a cell phone to text/watch video while playing poker.

The implication of this, and the reasoning for the powerbowl and other analogies, is that **** like this is so rare that it simply does not occur and will likely never occur in the known universe where our laws of physics and math exist. Anyone can shuffle a deck of cards, but did you know that there are so many different variations of a shuffled deck that it is unlikely that any two people have ever or will ever shuffle a deck of cards arranged in the exact same order? Much like the coin flipping example, you could be shuffling the deck for billions of times longer than the known universe existed, and never shuffle a deck arranged in the same order twice.

Grind watch this stream. Note the times below where he is either adding on or moving chips out of his pockets.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pSUbMEXHGM

At 23mins he adds on for $200. At 28:30 he adds on for $400. Then around 1:09 he adds $1500 to his stack.

Watch for yourself and do the work. Or be a sheep and go along with what other peoples data says. That is just one of the streams i watched. There are multiple streams where he adds on and that hasn't been recorded in the doc. Just saying if we are doing the work for the plaintiffs shouldn't be accurate?
