The whole arguement was that the individual in the back changed the cards to 89s because the play would've looked way too suspicious, but in this situation there is no reason to alter other peoples cards at the table, why would you intentionally give veronica and the other individual both Kc? Matt said two cards can not register twice, but in this case it seems that it did and why on earth would the individual in the back even do that?

People in these comments are reaching for things that will be useless in a court of law, all these comments about "crotch staring", "blue screens" are all useless in a court of law.
What we know about RFID and GFX, is 1) cards cannot be misread, only mislabeled, and 2) prev hands can persist to next hand. When does Matt Berkey say two cards cannot register twice, can you show us where he said that? Cards not being able to be read twice doesn't mean it cant show up twice in the graphics due to a bug in the software. I think you are referring to the video below @ 2:27. He says there cannot be two instance of a card, which just means that he assumes all 52 cards are registered correctly to a corresponding number on each card while trying to explain what would happen if one players card was pitched to another players RFID reader.

Can't really tell what is going on since Joey is jumping around so much, maybe someone could produce the stream and timestamp for this hand. But what I can say is that this hand is nothing like the 86o hand. There is no other hand like the 86o hand. It looks more like the graphics is spazzing out and less like the graphics guy went in and manually ****ed with the cards. And if he did **** with the cards in real time, that would be really weird, especially at the beginning of a hand.

The only footage we have access to is from the stream. Which has dedicated cameras. During discovery they should have access to more angles and security cameras. If the plaintiffs were smart they'd post them here and allow the community to shed through it for them

Im shocked at all the people saying nothing will happen. There are more than 1 person involved. These arent masterminds. Something will be found or somebody will speak lol.

I don't have a strong opinion on how many are behind it, but I thought security at a casino would be far better than this. At times I thought the stream looked like a scripted reality show. Stones personnel are either in on it or ridiculously incompetent.

Yeah, I get that, I'm just saying, if you were doing something like staring at your phone in your lap suspiciously at a blackjack table in NV, NJ, or CT, regardless of whether you were actually cheating, the pit boss would tap you on your shoulder and you'd go have a talk upstairs with security.

That that didn't occur here is actually kind of surprising. Is Stones just a card room and thus security is a bit more lax?

I think we are all in agreement that atleast 1 other person is likely involved. Im not going to sit here and say someone else is 100% involved because I am not an expert on RFID, when I hear more and more experts talk about RFID I will say there is.

Now it actually makes.sense to me. The goal was not to steal 250k but to make stones and the people behind the scenes rich.

Imagine how much a star is worth? For the whole stream? Postle could have said give me one million or I leave the show and they would have probably given him.

Just a guess but I think the camera angles are done automatically depending on who action it is.

Just a thought. What if Berkey was correct, and someone with access to the server setup a real time stream with an ip address. - ie assume it was Mike when he was testing his own show and they gave him access to the pokergfx server.

So cheating is going along fine until they ban phones. Or maybe the crotch/phone watching was too suspicious.

So as a second cheating option, he goes to wearing bone conducting headphones, and its his brother watching the url real time live stream giving him card info?

I don't have any Twitch streams so far as I assume there is a lot of overlap but if anybody wants to dump Twitch URLs that need to be saved i'll grab them as well

They're being stored on S3 and i'll post a public URL later for anyone to grab them
Hey, thanks for this.

Have you finished?

I found Mike Postles real youtube channel. And he has chatted during the youtube stones streams. He appears in the youtube chat at around 03:30:00 minute mark of the stones video below. He types a lot in the chat this night. He mentions how “Americas poker tour brought me in a couple times for there last couple events”. That was at the 04:11:34 mark of the stream. The stones stream where he chats is below.

He also types he has “jedi mind tricks”. And he also types how “he lied about a hand that he 4bet”.

Postle is wearing mirrored sunglasses on his collar and you can sometimes catch glimpses of his phone in the reflection.

Maybe this is stretching, but lends some credibility to the blue screen theories:

Nice idea, but so think you’re reaching a bit too much here.
His shades are blue so everything reflects with blue and there’s now way that reflection is from his phone. There’s no gap between himself and the table edge.

Wow, thank you for sharing. I start to understand now. I am not a law guy and just some basic that I know. From my understanding, it is the plaintiff job to provide as many evidence as possible and defendant to deny all those allegation by weakening those evidence provided.

Stones is a card room on one side and a casino on the other. Technically 2 separate companies with slightly different chips. Until recently there was nothing wrong with using your phone. Security can actually be a pain in the ass. I have been approached for wearing a Harley shirt being accused of "hiding patches" this one old black security guy consistently accuses me of gang involvement. If you saw me you would know that's so far from the truth

Under State Farm v. Campbell, they can't get $10 million in punitives. At best, they are looking at $250,000-$500,000 in punitives. And they are unlikely to get any punitives against the casino, unless there are far more incriminating facts that what we know now.

Wow finaly finished reading this thread, been 4 days of Hell/entertainment/obsession. Feels like I climbed Mt Everest. Anyways to people discussing why cld be J4 or two kc on stream maybe the co conspirator was purposely messing up peoples whole cards to make it more believable when it happened to scum g-d M.P We need to find out deafenatively if the AA hand was really 910. Also maybe only reason he told booth J4 was JJ was bc he showed his JJ at table.

Watch the gif poster earlier by pocket_zeros, as he pulls the phone away from his shirt there is blue light right on his shirt very clearly.

Or you can view the stream, the white lights above are in his sunglasses in the top lens many times, and they are pure white, no hind of blue in them, at least a dozen examples.

What is this "superstar poker player" nonsense? the stream averaged 100 viewers. I dont even know where to begin with dissecting how dumb this is.
