CAN WE LOOK INTO MIKE MAYBE GIVING OTHER PLAYERS AT THE TABLE SIGNALS THAT THEY HAVE THE BEST (WINNING) HAND. WE NEED THEM TO RELEASE CASINO CAMERAS AND SEE IF HE WAS EVEN BLINKING! SEE HOW MANY OF THE OTHER PLAYERS ALIVE WOULD LOOK AT MIKE WHEN HE WAS ALREADY OUT OF THE HAND! I THINK THE CASINO WON EVERY HAND AND SEE HOW MUCH THE SHILLS/CASINO FLEECED FROM THE PATRONS

Re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

This hand Mike bets river because he knows he cant check fold. He insta folds when raised with no thought.

https://www.twitch.tv/videos/403800827?t=1h58m16s

Table chatter on here, Mike is shocked she is raising, well he thinks she is raising because that is what he says. I've been watching this stream and she only has played one hand. Perfect value bet on river.

This next clip shows lance with the quick fingers to mute and cut the stream of the commentators. I believe that one of the reasons mike and an accomplice could get away with this is by controlling the camera to make sure they were never in a vulnerable position. This video below gives that credit.

Proof is the winrate per hour at the low stakes. This is impossible, both mathematically and by experience. The could take random 100 floorman of pokerrooms and ask if they have ever seen anything like this is in their career. If you included the one from Stones Casino you would have a 1/99 and what would that tell you. You could up that number to 1000 and you would have the same result. Take a selection of professors in mathematics, some professional pokerplayers which everyone knows is winning like Robl etc. This case is so easy that any lawyer can win it.

Think you are correct though, because doing anything else than settling is beyond stupid. However with how this operation have been going on I would not bet huge amount on it since there seems like everyone related to the Stones Casino is in some sort of selfproclaimed God mode.

Re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

What should happen is for someone to go over all the streams and convert the hands played into pokertracker HH format.

This way we can see what happens, how much Mike is up, from who'm mike won
Who else is up big amounts ? etc etc

Follow the money.

Yes it is a tedious process, it may take 200 hours
But we can divide the work over several people for example

Or someone write a bot to convert the action if possible.
Or have Stones pay some money to have some people do this work.

The data is available. It's in the open. We only need a good way to visually see whats going on. This may lead to other people involved who where more smart about masking their play etc.

Re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

This 550 dollar sit n go Mike is in god mode until about 02:25:00. Then Mike puts his phone on the rail as he eats a meal about 30 min before break. Then he is interviewed in the booth after his meal and right before the break. After the break Mike comes back with phone no longer on rail and now back between his crotch for god mode. Mike eats while his phone on the rail to take a break from cheating.

In the interview Mike says jokingly he is getting "IP addresses" while in the booth and Talks about ultimate bet.

But more interestingly Justin asks him about the Q8 hand the lady folded at about 01:53:00. Mike points out "She mucked the hand". Justin says "you must not have been watching". Imo its just odd to say that but maybe not so much since the game might be shown on tvs in stones. Interesting interview below.

https://www.twitch.tv/videos/403800827?t=2h40m4s

After break something weird happens during this hand 03:27:35. Its as if Mike was texting someone and didn't have enough time to activate god mode on his phone. Mike makes a wrong decision on the flop and guess where his phone is during his wrong decision? You guessed it its on the rail not in his crotch. 2 hands later phone is back in crotch.

Everybody is stuck on the idea of the Windows Phone because the PokerGFX software can export an HTTP media stream that is encoded in WMV - a Microsoft container format

What they miss is you don't need Windows Media Player to play those streams - most media players on almost any phone would handle it.

The theory is that the director/operator of the PokerGFX terminal would have opened up the stream on the machine's local network interface and Postle would have logged his phone on the Casino Wifi (we have heard from a former employee it was a single password, never rotated and that many knew what it was) and accessed the stream from there

The blue screen on Postle's phone - which took a while to figure out what it was since it's so unique - is explained by the default output of the PokerGFX screen. It's a blue background because the intent is for it to be color keyed with a video stream (aka. what most people know as green screening)

IMO those screen caps are as good as being caught red handed - there is nothing else plausible that produces that output on an iPhone and it matches PokerGFX

Re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

At risk of stating the obvious, hope someone out there is saving / backing up all of the Stones streams (the ones including Postle are obviously most important, but if I were an affected party, I'd try to grab all of them; who knows what other evidence might be lurking in others). Stones most certainly just wants this all to go away and if I were their lawyer looking to minimize fallout, one of the first things I'd have told them is take down every stream ASAP. So hope you white hats are backing up everything you can find...

So you are just mentioning it, instead of taking action urself? Stop stating obvious start acting.

Has the PokerGFX manufacturer (Andrew Milner?) seen and/or commented on the phone/blue screen yet? Judging from his quotes in the PN article, he seems refreshingly candid and willing to share details of how his product works and where vulnerabilities might be. The blue-phone video stills obviously aren't great quality, but I'd be interested in hearing whether Milner thinks it resembles what PokerGFX would look like on the phone of a malicious actor of the type Postle's alleged to be.

I'm halfway through grabbing this list of streams:

https://pastebin.com/raw/bxxBiVmn

in 1080p + 60fps

I don't have any Twitch streams so far as I assume there is a lot of overlap but if anybody wants to dump Twitch URLs that need to be saved i'll grab them as well

They're being stored on S3 and i'll post a public URL later for anyone to grab them

Right. He's played hundreds of hands on the streamed table and likely doesn't remember every single one...moreover, it sounds like his video-room accomplice (Taylor/Justin?) is the one who'd alert the commentating booth to alleged RFID "mis-reads" to cover for MP's superuser plays, so it's likely Postle didn't even know -- or remember -- which hands of his they felt the need to claim an RFID error)...so his not claiming "oh, RFID error ldo" in response to Harder's accusation isn't that odd imo.

Is there a way you are also copying the live chat replay? What is said in the twitch /youtube streams is really important because suspected accomplices have chatted in the twitch and youtube streams. I have been looking into some of there comments and i litterally see things typed out saying “this is rigged”. But they refer to the marble game on twitch. Its subtle but interesting chatter.

Re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

I just saw this while reading a news article -- and it struck a bell with me.

Help for the lawsuit -- Tweet from Veronica to Bart Hansen

Veronica informed Bart about the results of her meeting when she first approached Justin about cheating allegations.

Justin informed her that there was an outside agency that performed a security audit every 3 months.

What is this auditing agency? What were the results? Or can this be more evidence of Justin committing Fraud/Negligence as specified in the lawsuit complaint?

And I also notice there has been nothing but *crickets* from the California Gaming Control Board. Do they have any employees?

The form you're talking about is called a CTR (Cash Transaction Report) which the casino is required to file whenever you cash out more than 10k (also for buy-ins at table games, but not in poker for whatever reason). It is sent to the Federal Agency in charge of investigating money laundering (called FinCEN, I believe).

Banks do the same thing when you deposit or withdrawal amounts over 10k. If you specifically structure your cash outs to avoid the CTR it is a federal crime called structuring. Again, this has nothing to do with taxes, but everyone who does it thinks they are somehow avoiding the IRS when it's actually worse.

This is a federal law. Look it up.
A minor clarification to your post: FinCEN is not a federal agency; it's a bureau within the Department of Treasury (DOT). The IRS is also a bureau-level entity within DOT. DOT is the federal agency. In other words, both FinCEN and the IRS are part of the same federal agency.

Oh, and it's a currency transaction report, not cash transaction report.
