First off new to the forum and definitely a noob to forums in general.
So Hello all.

I am interested in the figures that have been published and referenced in the complaint filed. $250,000.

I played the stream July 22nd 2019 and I remember Mike adding on to his stack at least twice. The excel spreadsheet OP by Ingram states he only bought in for 500. I can only really comment on this particular stream because I witnessed him adding on personally. If these numbers are wrong I only assume the majority of the published numbers are wrong.
That said, the evidence is compelling and I am in no way in MP's corner.

Did he not have GODMODE on or something, why would he need to add chips?

Just the fact that his phone is always hidden (from camera view) when he is looking at it when making a god mode decision stream after stream is evidence in and of itself.

Guys i also want us to look at the fact that when Mike goes to look at his cards he isnt looking at his cards he is just looking in his lap. If we can enhance some clips where we can see his eyes not look at cards while he is peeling, i believe that is more evidence 10000%!

Remember he doesnt need to look at his cards preflop or really ever since he has them right on his phone in his lap. Lets look for that footage!

to be fair I think at this point it's quite pointless to do that as it is already obvious

Mute the stream on the right, the commentary booth on the left correlates with the action on the right. use the blue slider on the bottom to find timestamps. (stream is 30 min delay)

229:24 Mike wins hand only seeing 2/4 cards (Left), JFK jokes about mike only seeing 2/4 cards

229:38 JFK leaves commentator booth and is seen on the right stream talking to mike live.

235:00 Kasey tells the stream chat that JFK is just gone to the bathroom (he is actually talking to mike)

235:58 JFK Returns to Booth, Mike is seen playing again.

270:00 Mike enters commentary booth to joke about hand where he could only see 2/4 cards.

GG.

Your right it is obvious but id like to see some clips of his eyes looking straight down while peeling cards. I want those clips zoomed in on etc.. I suspect plo streams and streams closer to July 18th 2018 would show this clearly.

Also with anyone who has played with mike would he ever show off and say “ill do 100 blind” or make a blind bet preflop because that would also show him looking in his lap but not peeling cards all while in god mode. Just curious if that was a thing for mike.

If Mike sent a text message to Justin at 3:30:00 stream time, Justin would have received that message 30 mins earlier, i.e. 3:00:00 stream time, not 30 mins later.

In fact there is 1h difference in real time between Mike sending a text message and Justin receiving one.

This is beacause commentary is live on a 30 mins delayed video of gameplay. If Mike sent the message Justin is receiving at 4:00:00 stream time you would see this 30 mins later at 4:30:00 stream time.

Absolutely, Taylor smith or JFK
As a Stones Reg, I highly doubt JFK had direct knowledge. TS seems like the most likely culprit. Also I know Lance personally and he is a military vet. He also is of good moral character and has not been involved in the production team for quite some time now.

The games have a cap but you can also match up to the biggest stack. So if someone else at the table won a big pot and now sits at $7k then Postle is going to add on chips to match that stack.

Sorry, I didn't see your answer. Did you review the stream? Did he grab any pots from you?

To other people who have watched streams all the way through:

Does it seem like he doesn't cheat at the beginning of some sessions but then does cheat at the end?

Can't find the post with the speed of this thread, but a hand was discussed earlier where Postle just called with 8s full on the river against his opponents 10s full. Iirc, Justin said the graphics were wrong and that Postle actually had 78 and that 'He's good, but not that good.'

On Sep 30th, Christian Harder mentions this specific hand to Postle in saying how bad it looked, and Postle did not correct him. Instead he claimed that he soft plays against locals. Might not be too significant but thought it was interesting--you'd think if he did in fact have 78 and not 88 as the graphics showed, he would have corrected Harder, but he didn't.

I'm having trouble with Imgur otherwise I'd share the screenshot--it's still up in his Twitter if y'all wanna see though.

Im pretty nitty. There were a few hands that I perhaps lost value on. Flush over flush vs MP he folded, I called a Cb from MP with best hand and got bet out. I remember tons of post flop tanking. Thats about it for me. Nothing too crazy vs. me.

Just a thought, does Stones actually accurately count the chip stacks though or are the stacks shown on the stream simply initial buy in + chips won?

The way MP explained it on Mouth Piece was that they are only counted manually right before the stream starts after the short non-stream play

Whatever.

The displayed amounts are not always correct and do not always reflect losses.
For example. I originally bought in for 500. got stacked. rebought for 500 and cashed out for 2000. So i made 1000. At the end of Stream They made it look as if the guys who bought in for the most were the biggest winners. That was not the case. I am 75 percent sure that I was the biggest winner on stream. With 100% ROI, though the game continued after the stream ended and turned into a way bigger game. I was not the biggest winner when all was said and done.
I hope thats clear ^

Does seem pretty odd that he wouldn't say it was an RFID error, if it actually was.

One thing people should think about is that unlike a lot of televised poker, where players are roped off, here there were all sorts of people allowed to come to the table, stand behind players, etc.

You will see tons of casino employees of course- food servers, cocktail waitresses, masseuses, floormen, substitute dealers, etc. But you will also see people who appear to be friends of the players on occasion.

And yes, sometimes these people are standing behind Postle for periods of time while he is playing hands and owning everyone.

Any one of these people might have caught a glimpse of Postle's phone or what he was doing. They are all potential witnesses. Many of them are identifiable on the videos.
