no, its not even "somewhat believable" that you can do this. the probability to win $15k at 5/5 24 out of 24 times you play is basically 0.

I agree it has nothing to do with this incident directly. I agree that the fact that the cards are cut would likely require a rigged machine scam to involve a crooked dealer with card cutting skills.

The deck is hand shuffled on stones live because the RFID cards are too big for the shuffler.

mike, you'd make a more convincing argument defending yourself if you weren't doing it via sock puppet accounts

yeah, all these people create accounts and start posting exhaustive defenses of him despite not even knowing him and having nothing at stake... the brazeness at which you pretend to be other people in your defense is only trumped by how outrageously dumb you were about cheating - you could have toned it down and consistently crushed for years under the radar... you are an idiot

Exactly, it's the video game "hacker" mentality. In games like csgo, this happens all the time. It becomes a different game for them. They try to make these insane plays while trying not to get caught. They get a kick out of it. Imo, its the reason behind his smirk when he makes those insane "bluffs" with bottom pair, and why we see him cold calling 4bets with hands like 54o.

It’s great seeing all of these old HSMTT/MSNL posters congregating in this thread. 2p2 and poker have changed a lot in the last 10 years. I hope everyone is doing well.

(23:00) starts session losing AK to AA all-in preflop. Rebuys 2500. (1:24) Massive 3way pot - Postle Nut flush draw vs flopped straight w/ flush redraw vs TPTK, loses. Rebuy $2700. (4:19) Massive flip, chop pot

When he loses it seems to be when he gambles. Still no massive plays on river where he’s wrong though.

Getting in AK to AA means he’s not _always_ superusing though.
Note that his phone is on the table and cap backwards when he plays like a human.

OR...is he so impossibly good at poker that your puny brain could not possibly comprehend his greatness? care to post your winrate, alongside how many times you shovel in 120bb with 95o and then shove 600bb more with middle pair?

btw to everyone saying "why is he so blatant about this, if he just kept it under the radar and only did 2-3 crazy soul reads per session he'd still be a massive winner and wouldn't get caught" - if he did that he would "only" win like 60bb/100 or so, which he then has to split what...2 ways? 3 ways? more? like it might amount to $20k/year which is nice but not worth risking your entire poker career/reputation on

I liked how the graphics guy for the session where Postle mysteriously had the graphics of his holecards change to the nuts on the river (98ss, when he really had 96o) had given him the on-screen nickname "Get There Postle". It's like the team behind the cheating can't resist including some in-jokes for their own amusement.

From reading this thread and viewing some of the hands, it's obvious he's cheating, and it's obvious that at least one person in the production team is in on it.

There are 3 possible ways Mike is getting card information.

1. He has a device paired with his phone that he intercepting the RFID data.
2. He has an accomplice who isn't part of the production team intercepting the RFID data and is relaying the info to him via text.
3. Someone in the production team is simply passing him card info, obtained by RFID, via text.

Okay, here I go posting this session again: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-AADIsPTsxc

He clears $20k in this session alone. Just ****ing watch it.

It seems like most people following these events think that Joey's first posts and the stream he did was an aggregation of all the craziest Postle hands. It wasn't, it was just Joey watching a random session or two and picking out the most damning hands from those two sessions. The youtube page is filled with dozens of streams just like it. Like this one I linked here, it's FILLED with super-user hands. Months and months of hands like that. Hundreds of thousands of dollars stolen by Mike Postle. While laughing at the people he steals from.

edit: Bad Beat Bill, I realize you're not arguing for Mike btw, this reply by me sounds hostile towards you, it's not meant to be

I would tend to agree with you. One of the commenters on Joey Ingram's stream from last night asked whether Joey saw Mike P fold the best hand ever. It's a good question. I'm wondering how many times he's folded the best hand on the live stream. But the 9 6 offsuit hand where he donk bets the river and then jams over the top of the raise on the 6 4 K A A Board is pretty compelling evidence of cheating.

re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

Looks like Stones should go through all the footage, see who lost how much to Mike and return that money to them.

If it's true that he had to do with the installation of the Stones Live setup how could they also let him play in the game? That seems like a very dangerous policy. If Mike has a history of cheating and Stones knew it yet let him have to do with the setup, and even play; that would be gross incompetence imo and maybe so much so that an impartial judge would find them partly liable if it's determined Mike is guilty here.
