I am especially interested in how his subdued body language at times is totally at odds with the outgoing demeanor.
At times he is the table captain and at other times he's the quietest guy there.
I've pointed out in several posts much of his behavior and what he's said is consistent with how guilty people act.
- repeatedly mentions he can't sleep and has no appetite for several days now
- refers to his crimes in the third person, and suggests absent his proof which he's yet to bring forward, that he'd think he was guilty too
- doesn't once directly refute the claims and proclaim his innocence in a succinct direct manner
- frequently uses the "vouch" excuse, claiming there are many, even hundreds of players and people that will vouch for him
- consistently deflects the few direct questions Matusow asks him, and goes off on wild tangents from the distant past 10 to 15 years ago regarding unrelated issues like family, injuries, etc
- this list could go on and on
Regarding the CIA/etc - many intel and law enforcement agencies that rely on human behavior analysis use similar techniques. There are piles of books and manuals available online on this subject.
Also, the CIA doesn't just collect intel - when I was a private military contractor I worked with some former Christians In Action employees that were in the Special Activities Division, people whose job included many direct action types of assignments. Agreed that the CIA is primarily an intelligence gathering endeavor, but there are many facets to the intel agencies of the USA and other 5 eyes countries which go far beyond just gathering information.
