The keys seem to have a role here. It's not like he just got out of his car and arrived. He made a big effort to lay them down right on the rail Weird weird **** going on in this session.

Re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

I also think he's been doing this for a bit longer potentially, he's pretty comfortable and familiar with the system it seems like.

I think one of the reasons he's so greedy also is that the might think that whatever he does , IT COULD HAPPEN, someone could make that move etc etc and that it could never been proven he's super using so it's fine. Just make excuses ah hand of the night, I have player reading skill etc etc

I do hope there is somewhat of a system, track record where we can see how much exactly he's profited from the live game. (should be easy to see in the deposit / withdrawal records of the casino) where we can see that he clearly a way way way too high of a winrate to be a normal , expert, player.

There are also no hands of him making a misstep, only when he thought he could bluff someone but they hero-called in spectacular fashion. And when he's coolered boat over boat he just calls instead of going for value like anyone would

In two Mouth 'interviews' I did not hear MP EVEN ONCE say:

-I did not cheat
-I did not have access to hole cards

If YOU were in his situation, and were completely innocent, HOW MANY TIMES in 90 minutes + would you have said these?
I've repeatedly said this as well. Postle has also repeatedly said that he a: can't sleep, and b: has lost his appetite and hasn't eaten in days. He also speaks of himself in the third person, and said that "it's understandable that with some of this information, not all of it though, that people might say it's 99% for certain that he's cheating". Again, talking about himself as if it's some other guy, in the third person, not he himself directly. Postle also repeatedly brings up the "vouch" factor, saying there are hundreds of players and friends in poker who will vouch for him, frequently going back to relationships that are 10 or 15 years old or more.

He also spent 25% of his time talking speaking about his family, custody, injuries like blood clots, and other absolutely unrelated subjects - he never once directly addresses the actual ISSUES, which is his behavior at the table, his mannerisms, his incredibly successful insane playing style.

Postle also contradicts himself frequently, saying that poker on one hand isn't all that important, that his family is his priority, yet then says poker is his life and only source of income. He states that he gets up and leaves immediately when the Stones stream ggames are over due to his babysitter needing to be relieved, yet he has the time and capability to play at 4 other venues he specifically names, and then states that the Stones stream games make up a very small percentage of his overall poker playing time.

His statements are all over the place, frequently contradictory, and he's always deflecting any direct questions about the specifics of what he's accused of. He'll repeatedly talk about unrelated poker events and relationships of the distant past instead of directly declaring that he hasn't cheated, with an explanation as to why he always is looking down at his phone right before making miraculous plays/etc.

This is all behavior indicative of guilt, some of it right out of law enforcement investigation and interrogation manuals.

The keys seem to come into play around 1:10:30 into the stream. Almost like he was like **** this playing fair stuff and proceeds to start the cheating.

Maybe im just tired but i swear earlier in this stream he was reaching way under the table but I can't find it. Maybe it was on another stream or someone with fresh eyes can find it.

for a minute. He'll pull a Fergeson and lay low for a bit, then slowly creep back into the card rooms and stay quiet, no more stream games, he'll take the awkward looks and insults until he's used to them and people get bored of trying to make him feel bad and return right back where he is but without the cheating a newfound 1BB/hour winrate.

Re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

Based off the videos, it is clear, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Mike Postle is cheating. The majority of the money won is while he is in an end seat and looks down at his lap where he is presumably holding his phone with a live stream/ data on it. He sits in one of the end seats so no one else can easily see what he is looking at when he looks down. The videos of his game play should be enough to prosecute.

In this video, at 3:21:00, you can see him pull out his phone from his pants pocket and put it in-between his legs. This is the device that he is presumably looking at when he looks down to determine what the other players cards are. https://youtu.be/WaWPHGvuqDg?t=12060

To verify my assumption, additional surveillance footage from the casino, from different angles, may need to be released. But I think it is pretty clear that this is what he is doing.

To gain additional insight on whether anyone else needs to be there for it to work, a record of the employees schedule should be obtained and interviews should be done with each of the employees individually.

An Update:
Two minutes later, at 3:23:00, in the same video, he is only able to make a hero call on the river after he looks down between his legs at his phone.. (This is how he knows what the other player's cards are). Case solved.

I totally agree.

But I also love the comedy side of this case, as let's be honest, if we thought, "Who do I want to do an interview with the accused?" the last people most of us would have chosen would be a stoned Mike Matusow asking the questions after smoking a joint!

If someone where to win 250k playing 1/3 blackjack over there no way this person could walk out of there. Why did it not raise suspicion with the security of the place ? Unless ofc they were in on it.....

Re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

I really wish someone with more intimate knowledge then myself would touch on Mike’s claim that he is the most profitable player in the history of UB, despite him also claiming he was cheated out of what he estimated was between 200-500k.

Surely there were guys around then that battled him considering he also claims to have taken on anyone and everyone and his preferred format was HU.

It’s too bad that he had to quit playing online due to blood clots or he’d likely be the all time winningest online player at this point.

He also has his own unique style that he uses called DAG - diabolical and aggressive.

If you've read enough of these threads you know the scammer always gets away with it without any consequences. They never get fined, are put in jail or are found a week later in a river.

The keys on table isn't really that odd.

I hate things in my pocket, especially if I'm sitting down. I always take out everything and put them on a table if I'm sitting down.

He could just have a similar thing?

Re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

Be it an online poker site or a live casino, some seem to have a carefree attitude when it comes to poker players being cheated out of money.
Maybe its because they dont lose (they make money from rake ,cheating or no cheating)
Most casinos i know have a lot of security, try stealing a penny off them and see how you get on.
Yet if mike p was cheating, and it went on for months, they didnt pick up on it,or do anything about it.
Imagine he was doing that at blackjack (winning big for months or years) do you think the casino wouldnt be all over him ,investagating every play he made ?.
Poker is being played on their premises so they should be watching it and giving it the same level of security they apply to other casino games they run.or maybe stones have terrible security in place all over the shop when it comes to poker (if someone can get away with it in a live stream) who knows what different methods people can be using to cheat on the non streamed tables at their casino.
Pressure should be put on the casino to come up with answers,if they dont it has to be asked, are they fit and proper people to hold a casino licence.
One of the criteria for being granted a casino licence (at least in the uk)
Is that the casino operator provides a safe and honest place for customers to gamble.

Here's how much I enjoy listening to Matusow talk:

Here's how great I think it is that he has seen no hands, asks few informed questions and instead lets Postle ramble about things that have little to nothing to do with the accusations:

---

Mike Postle, poker God.

Mike Matusow, interview God.
