re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

Cutting through all the BS, the supposed "RFID malfunctions" explaining a few of his big, super-weird plays are the biggest red flags here.

Has anyone seen a single RFID malfunction in all of their time watching Stones Live?

That by itself is highly, highly suspect, especially since Postle apparently never showed his cards to prove the malfunction at any point.

re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

I remember some case in the 80s or 90s where a guy proved he was being cheated at the Bike but the court ruled that he couldn't sue them because the casino was not obligated to protect against cheating or something like that. But maybe I dreamed it.

yep.

Notice opponent has phone on rail, Mike Postle doesnt seem to want to do that, instead prefers to keep it concealed between his legs most if not all the time?

Phone in hand// only see it here because commentator tried to talk with him from behind, he does a good job of never showing it to camera

Notice his left hand again, same in many countless other hands

re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

Came into the thread extremely skeptical that he was cheating, by the end I think it's likely cheating.

The 45o vs AK, AK. How he's always rebluffing with slightly better even though it doesn't matter because they'll never call with nothing anyway, it's just psychological.

The best "evidence" is that consultant/contractor work when they set up the show. That thread needs to be pulled. It's way more meaningful than 100s of sketchy hands.

Justin Kuraitis needs to be fired ASAP for at best his incompetence at doing his job as director of poker operations at Stones.

Matt Berkey was/is in Joey's live stream talking about how he owns/invests in RFID tech and is saying it's almost impossible for the RFID to screw up singularly.

Like if a card is F'd is going to be F'd all show, not just randomly to kind of cover up this dude's cheating.

This one is my new favorite.

Dude with straight flush bets $140 into $430, leaving himself around $400 behind. Guy FLATS with nut flush

MEANWHILE, we've seen multiple hands where he's bombed paired boards etc when he seems to KNOW he's not getting called

re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

well, if true, having no losing sessions for 1-2 years in this live game means guy makes profit in every 50-100 hands samples 100+ time in a row, which is obviously impossible.

guy not even play like a poker professional, he clearly has no clue about how he should play a range, what cards favor what player and standard **** like that, he just knows what other players exactly have and play his hand accordingly.

i doubt there will be any evidence found on the VODs so the only cool thing would be to contact Stones Poker to trick him and mess up rfid data completely for only one session and see how he plays. that's obvious he somehow sees the exact combo of holdings, even with suits based on the AQs flush hand vs str8flush.

or hid a cam on the bottom of the table to monitor his phone screen, it's ridic to let the guy cheat, at least do something.

he makes too many bad plays which happens to be right that the chance of a legit poker game is 0%.

I think it's clear from this thread and twitter that the jig is up.

True.

If he was cheating, he's not doing it again because everyone is onto it.

The only matter now is if this can somehow be proven after-the-fact. Unfortunately, it probably can't.

i don't follow twitter, but not going back to play (or start to lose or make wrong decisiont in the same spots) is like acknowledging he was caught, and inviting the other players to beat the crap out of him.

Is this potentially as simple as somebody with access to the RFID data feed from the table just texting one of the players information about the cards? Based on the transparent style of omnipotent play, the hyper-defensive twitter response, the deleted profiles, this doesn't seem like a criminal mastermind here.

joey's livestream and the hands shown here are damning for Mike. Honestly, I'm amazed he has gotten away with this for so long seeing how egregious some of these hands are, all while being streamed for an online audience and a cast of commentators.

So then He can prove his innocence if he continues to play on stream and play the same style and destroy everyone like before.
If he stops playing or starts playing differently it’s obv he was cheating

How does no one call him out for having his left hand down his pants like that for hours on end. That is super suspect on its own merits.

Imagine the balls it takes to run a scam like that on live stream.

+1 its the only way
after watching all the hands and then the A3 vs A9 Hand its more likely that someone will win the sunday million 10 times in a row without knowing the rules then this guy not cheating in some kind of way

I mean, maybe week to week 1-2 hands a night maybe it doesn't seem SOOOO shady. But watching Joey go on like hour 4 of just hand after hand after hand of suspect plays is 100% damning

54o call off vs AK/AK is completely indefensible. Ridiculous preflop play is always loosely justifiable by saying you can outplay postflop. Preflop calloffs where you're toast to their range just because you know the exact matchup is transparent.

re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

I've watched about 10 hours of the vids so far. In summary he'll call off 300+ bigs with 54o preflop when it's a miracle good equity, while also fold KK preflop vs AA.

He's either a mind reading poker savant or not a very smart cheater because he's not covering his tracks well.
