It's not a stream delay the stream is shown live. The delay is the live recording and the RFID scanned hole cards. The only place to see this information live is the production booth and the hole card information is encrypted (RFID).

In all fairness to Mike the Mouth, he probably legit doesn’t know how to watch all the footage and/or would need assistance to get through it all. If he saw it, he’d rant on it for sure.

Just so everyone knows: On Youtube you can link to a video and it will start at a specific time stamp for those that click on it. Click on "Share" at the point where you want the video to start for others. Or set where you want it to start in the box. Checkmark the box and then copy the link.

I can't believe SVP just dunked this **** on America with an alley-oop from GTO Joey and Veronica. I think he direct quoted a Polk line and is actively reading this thread

It was 45o pretty sure but get your point

Sounds like he is just angling to get Mike on the podcast.

re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

So, I finally compiled evidence that Postle was lying about his hole cards when the graphics were switched from 86o to 9s8s. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/365129696?t=02h42m50s
Therefore he did in fact bet/3bet bluff the river for 1/6th pot to get 9high to fold when he held 8high. Which is just incredible. Probably one of the strongest indications of cheating that I have seen. Summary below:

This is pretty much the same defense someone made for Jaman in another thread..ie he clearly hasn't seen the footage and if he had he wouldn't be taking this position. Mike the Mouth has had this position for several days now. There is no excuse for him asserting his terribly uneducated opinion without investigating it a tad bit himself.

Well done Joey and whoever else helped explain the situation to the journalists.

Yeah, really well done. Nothing on the actual evidence, and that's a good thing. If someone not all that deeply into poker doesn't want to really dig into it and understand, and they just get hit with a quick rundown of evidence they're just going to hear "guy wins too much, must be cheating", and be thinking "obviously the guy is better than them and everyone is jealous". Used good explanations and analogies without losing people in the weeds. Kudos to all involved.

While Stones conducts its own investigation, FOX40 also reached out to the California Bureau of Gambling Control about an investigation on its end. They said, “To protect its integrity, we are unable to comment on, even to confirm or deny, a potential or ongoing investigation.”

re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

Mike isn't naive here. He's plugging his podcast and getting more publicity for it than he's ever gotten. It's actually kind of sickening that he made that post with that plug at the end. This isn't even something like a college rape scandal where there's a spectre of doubt and we don't want to immediately trash the lives of the accused before authorities have stepped in. We have totally conclusive proof and "all the facts" have been out there for days. Poisoning the well for an extra $50 to your podcast is sick degen behavior, but hey, it's Mike the Mouth.

Watching these Joey streams I just can't get over how this content Stones produced and put out for the world to see is now being so thoroughly dissected to show how it's all a massive cheating crime.

The transgressions are transparent for everyone to see unlike previous poker scandals with angling, scamming etc.

Justin and Mike are pals. Mike is a tech guy. It's entirely possible that Mike helped Justin set up his laptop, and installed a backdoor on it. Stones may be vigilant about the security of its production servers, but fail to pay attention to the security of the devices that can access the live feed from those servers, e.g. the personal devices of anybody with the correct credentials, such as Justin's laptop.
I've read every single post in this thread, and have been shocked that nobody brought this up until now. It is an important point, and would fit the facts currently known better than any other theory that would exculpate Justin, the guy in charge at Stones.

This was floating around in my mind for a day, and I wondered why nobody was bringing up this obvious potential reality. Later, when I watched a video of Justin bringing up hands for Mike to discuss, I asked myself if Justin would really be so bold and stupid to bring up these outrageous hands if he was, in fact, in on it. If you watch Justin's reactions as he asks Mike about these hands, he is the greatest actor in the world if he can show those natural emotions, while knowing full well that the scam is in play.

If there is a shocking surprise here, it will be something obvious like this....that Mike simply had access to Justin's laptop and Justin had no clue, and therefore drank the Kool Aid because he knew nobody could scam the game. It is a possibility here that has gone unmentioned until your insightful post. I sure hope that there are more people like us who were thinking about this angle. If not, it is an embarrassing oversight by many, who otherwise have done an outstanding job sleuthing.

No way that a personal laptop is being used in the rfid process. Most definitely all stones property.
