re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

FOX40 Sacramento tweeted that they're doing a story on this on their 10pm pacific time show tonight. Anyone have access to watch and can post a clip here?

My strategy would be extremely simple. I'd play my normal game and under any rarer / high value spot that I was unsure, I'd use the cheat code. This would make >95% of my play look completely natural. Anyone using such a strategy or similar would be virtually undetectable presently. This guy was a maniac and it took way too long for it to be found out.

Also, with the above, that is strictly how I would personally go about it. I also never cheat. And we're not talking about myself nor are we talking about generally honest/smart 2p2rs in this context. We're talking about a narcissistic sociopath who is greedy af. If there's EV to take he seems to almost always go for it except in a few rare circumstances.

So given the above, yes, it wouldn't make sense for him not to go for it knowing what we know. It's hard to sustain 700bb/100 without going for such value.

Edit: There's also a non-zero chance he knows board run outs.

Yeah, that will be an early line after the mea culpa(if we get it)... "I'm an addict, I couldn't stop myself, I need help, I was vulnerable and exploited by this other person".

This is so ridiculous - This quote had me literally spit water onto my cat.

We could probably quickly identify if someone else was cheating. Find the 2nd biggest winner on the show and do some quick math on BB/100 when Mike isn't playing.

"Ingram's twitter has become CSI Stones Poker Room" -Van Pelt.

Love it. They gave a pretty good rundown of what has happened so far.

This is a really good point. I would also just blast with KK and QQ into aces to reduce my win rate to something human like. Also, bluff into quads in mega winning sessions just to make it flow with the persona that you are extreme AGRO.

A device in his shoe to tap something out would be much easier to avoid detection.

I feel like some of you don't understand how easy morse code is to learn - especially the highly abbreviated version you'd need to convey hole cards. I bet they could get it working with a couple hours of practice. You could even make up your own code.

Tap out the first card of the villain in question. Pause. Tap out the second card. You're telling me that's hard to learn?
Fine but you understand that's clearly not what is happening here, right? Such a derail.

Whats sick about this is that 2 of the players who were at the table are commentating on the hand and they have no idea.

It seems like such a friendly game with fun people.

Of course all while Postle is stealing money you have that absolute snake Justin Kuraitis taking pictures of him with the huge chip stack.

He had a super low 3 bet%(only value) and super low 4 bet % (only with AA I think). If he ever got all in pre it was by calling it off.

Can a mod edit the title to include Justin Kuraitis too?

I think he's gonna be on the search for a new job so anything that can be picked up by google to alert them to this scumbag would be good.

They actually explained it really well on espn for the casual viewer. What shocks me is he talked about justin being in vegas. I think we all agree hes cheating and its probably 95 percent justins in on it im just shocked theyd say it on espn incase its not him.
