He had nothing to fear when only 25 people were watching the stream and the archived videos got like 10 views. It is surprising noone ever caught on at the table. I think for sure later on (around july 2019) he tried to move away from the phone onto another device to continue having an edge and to avoid suspicion. Whether that was the bone conducting headset or an apple watch on his ankle isnt clear.

Here we can see Mike nervously looking around and then pretending to pull his phone out of his left pocket, while it's clear that he is actually grabbing it from under the table. Also note how he tries to hide his phone and making some weird moves with his fingers (switching apps?) before he starts texting.

Evidence regarding camera angles at table.

When we look at later streams you will see the camera angles change so that when the action isn’t exclusively on Mike Postle then he is completey out of the shot. This needs to be looked into further. Mike loved seat 2. Seat 2 was only in the shot if seat 1 (or mike) had any action. Mike is sitting directly to the left of seat 1. If action is on seat 1 mike can more likely control his crotch staring.

On what date did the camera angles that are used for the live stream change? Why was it changed so that if the action isnt on seat 1 or seat 2 they couldnt be seen?

The theory is one of the production guys is helping Mike, and if he can control the camera shots to keep mike out of view as much as possible, change cards like the 89 suited hand, and other things they feel more likely to be able to get away with this.

I assume nothing has happened since lawsuit came down?? Are the last 50 pages just people posting more hands and more crazy theories?

Can't help but make you wonder how many other instances of cheating go on day to day in the poker world. If he had been smarter about it then it probably goes on infinitely.

I thought the earlier vids looked like it might be an iphone, but the later vids where there is reflection on the shades, definately looks more like an HTC phone or something like that.
On the back of the phone, iphone has a corner camera, and HTC has a central camera. HTC also has more chamfered edge on the back.

It kind of looks like he may be pretending to pull his phone out of his pocket when it was on his lap but I've slowed it don't to quarter speed and can't catch a definitive frame of the camera in his hand before the pocket pull. I'm not sure. Also the guy next to him has his phone out and on the table.

The move does look like he's doing some weird sleight of hand though. Could be he has the cheating app open is going to put his phone back in his pocket but then changes his mind realizing he should close the cheating app before he does that. Look how close he holds the phone to his body when he first uses it. That would be my guess.

Yeah, it's hard to tell. Someone needs to run an experiment to see if you could draw your phone as fast as Postle did with tight pants. We need more footage of him pulling his phone out of his pocket! XD
