It appears this is starting to be a regular thing for Singer since Hoss also said something about it in the chat. It's not against the rules but sitting out rounds of your bad games, especially at these stakes where everyone knows each other, is pretty ****ty IMO.

When you sit down at a H.O.R.S.E table you have to be ready to play all games. Cherry picking makes you look really bad, if that indeed is what Singer does.

It's poor form IMO, but definitely lucrative for good stud players, especially at the lower cash game levels where you might encounter half a table who hasn't the first ****ing clue about how to effectively play R, S and E.

It could be easily solved by assigning some sort of flop game/stud game contingency in the software. For example, anyone who sits out H and O cannot play R and S, or whatever combo is deemed appropriate. For every flop game you sit out, you will be automatically sat out of a random stud game, like it or not. So, you don't want to play H? OK, just understand that as a result, this means you will be automatically sat out of a round of either R, S, or E, to be determined at random.

If they were really motivated to eliminate it, they could. The question is- are they motivated to do it or not and should anyone really care.
