You won't find any mention of TUSK (will save you the time looking). Even under active cases.

Pokerstars last rng 'limted audit' was 2003, Bodog 2005/blog backed compliance
________________________________________
Pokerstars was last audited in 2003 by BBM International and cigital did an audit at some point also.

Bodog was last audited in 2005 and if you ask they will direct you here if you ask what has audited it since then... a bodog sponsored blog...

Bodog and pokerstars are granted licenses from

http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/
http://translate.google.com/translat...N%26start%3D10

The second link there includes a phone number to the kahnawake, who is off today due to the holiday in Canada.

"Morris Mohawk Gaming Group

Morris Mohawk Gaming Group (MMGG) is the exclusive licensee of the Bodog brand for online gaming services in North America and is led by Alwyn Morris, Olympic gold medalist, Order of Canada recipient, noted Canadian sportsman, First Nations leader and former Associate Director for the Mohawk Council of Chiefs in Kahnawake.

MMGG is located in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake – part of the seven communities that make up the Mohawk Nation - just outside Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission to offer gaming services from Kahnawake to users worldwide. The Antiguan-based Bodog has entered into a licensing agreement with MMGG to allow this group to use various elements of the Bodog brand within North America to support MMGG’s marketing activities. That is a discussion of the 'absolute poker' scam.

See if you find any similarities and ask yourselves how many times the software has been updated since the audit.

Why was this moved to this thread?

Also: the title in individual responses reads: "Re: Microgaming poker scandal: licensee in liquidation, and poker players abandoned and owed $5".

Most fitting.

If bernie madoff who was already rich said, "why would i do that, i was already rich, can i go home now?" he would be a free man.

Let's not pretend Madoff was the only one who would try to pull something off like he did.

Is Ladbrokes risky at this point? I know they use Microgaming's software, but are they part of their own "skins"? If that makes any sense.. .

The only update so far is no updates at all. There might or might not be some things going on behind closed doors that could potentially hold Microgaming somewhat responsible, but I'd put that at a 5% chance. Runner runner one time, please.

As has been pointed out numerous times already in this thread, Ladbrokes is one of the oldest and most solid gambling companies in the world. There is no safer place for your gambling money online.

Again, Why would you trust your money to a bunch of crooks. These guys have been proven crooks & gangsters over & over again, I remember back in 2002 , 2003 these guys were caught running gaffed software & stealing money.

Do you really think all the other onlines sites are different? People need to open their eyes. They are robbing good poker players blind.

They make more money by using software that cheats because good players would eliminate competition faster than they lose players if they were caught cheating so they do it. If any ignorant person ever ask you why an online site would cheat, then there's your answer. They make more money cheating & they keep more players by propping up the suckers. People know they cheat & they play anyway There is no recourse for them unless done outside the law. The law protects them.

The owner of a poker room in Glasgow also ran FlushDraw poker.

Now I know why he had to sell up so quickly. There must be a ton of unheard nightmare stories attached to this
