Merge quietly eliminates most of limit holdem tables - Page 7 - Poker News

It is a part of it......they have taken a holistic look at the LHE ecosystem on Merge and this is the 1st of a series of moves they are talking about. We are all expecting the rake reduction to follow shortly.

We keep hearing "Soon" but all indications are that the plan has been approved and needs to be coded into the software. The Carbon sub-forum has a thread that focuses solely on this issue and there is also one in Internet Poker. They are both likely to be the first place announcements are made.
