from what i've gathered in different threads H.O.R.S.E. is a troll trying his best to upset people by playing the devil's advocate. i wonder how many accounts he's had banned before creating this one in Feb. just put him on ignore and move on...

His previous account hasn't been banned.

That said, this one will unless the trolling stops.
