Im only gonna post once and then get banned as I have in the past because, well just because.

I contacted Randy and told him Id chase the debt for him for a small percentage. I have an ultra successful history of getting people to pay including yayogate, ppl who owed Jaclynn Moskow, ppl who owed friends of hers and many others. I wasnt successful on one guy but he died so, well, thats a valid reason. Randy didnt even reply when I told him how I do it, and it just baffles me to no end that for over 100 thousand dollars people wouldnt go to all ends to get that money. Christ, its not like I beat people up or even come within 1000 miles of them. I just get the job done.

So many scumbags rip people off and they just walk around without a care in the world and its the most ludicrous thing I have ever witnessed in my life. And then when I try to offer my services to get that money back I get banned from wherever I am posting. How utterly backwards is that? Let the thieves run amok while the collector is frowned upon. Glorious.

Anyways, just felt like griping about how brutally weak people are to let a guy like Maurice Hawkins rob them blind left and right.

You are baffled why you are banned for debt collection solicitation on a site and in a community where 95% of the individuals in scope (actually borrow or lend money to other players regularly) are in some kind of debt. The community economy is practically based on debt.

It was a 500k project (not $500 million) and it only slightly included a treadmill (like $1000 or so). You dont know what you are talking about and so you are lucky you are only in for the min.

Uh - maybe this is more clear for you. Buying pieces, staking, lending money etc is all at your own risk. Most poker players owe other people or players money with no ability or intention of ever paying it back. The community doesn’t embrace your type because everyone owes everyone money. Selling pieces and owing returns, being in makeup, whatever. You want to see these things as different, but they aren’t. “Scamming” and “borrowing” are not mutually exclusive in the poker community. Closer to synonyms really. Furthermore, the forum obviously has zero interest in providing you a platform to publicize your sketchy, unsavory, services for obvious reasons.

So in summary, mods are doing their jobs running you off, and furthermore try to recognize you are essentially selling debt collection facilitation services to a bunch of degenerates who are in terrible debt, markup, and financial ruin themselves. They’d all prefer you and your type stop being so helpful, as they themselves do not want this kind of pressure or follow up applied. It’s obviously a bit harsh, slightly exaggerated, slight hyperbole to make my point.

Finally, I’ll say once more what all logical and sane people have said about this topic a million time. Don’t lend people money that you need, or expect to get back. Most of all, don’t blame them for scamming you. You lent, staked, bought, etc from a professional gambler at your own risk.

Dammit, all these years I've been one of the many who pay more than the minimum required by law. So glad that you pointed out that I don't have to!

Sure, that's a fair point, but refusing to pay debts also reflects badly on one's character and shouldn't be condoned just because they can get away with it and their victims made poor decisions.

I dont run around chasing random debts. If someone wants my services, they find me via other internet methods and hire me. I couldnt care less about who owes who on here. Randy obviously didnt hire me hence I dont go after Maurice.

also, as the one post points out on here from scotchontherocks, most people like my services and appreciate it. I get money back from thieves to their rightful owners
