Sure, and I'm not the most up to date individual on these things, but weren't a lot of people ripped off in the Full Tilt thing? No way they could know who each and every person was and the likeliness of them jumping them either in the Rio or in the parking lot. Again, to my knowledge that hasn't happened and they straight up ripped people off.
Yes, there is an inherent risk putting money in an offshore account, but that doesn't make stealing it ok. In what other walk of life can you steal from people and sit next to them with zero recourse?
I'm in the minority here so I'm probably wrong, but seems like it takes a giant set of balls to step foot in Vegas after what they did and yet in reality it doesn't.
