Yeah I'm with you on this one. The kid's obviously a jerkoff but if he's made 3 million dollars playing (probably a low estimate) he's in the top 0.01 percentile of poker players.

While it might not be evidence in the case at hand, it is absolutely relevant. It highlights the kind of character he has, which is consistent with someone who would cheat.

I actually believe Matt now.


It's a shame that Samer has friends who've been oft used to intimidate people into silence. When Matt says that this thread endangers him, I actually believe it given what we know today of Samer and how he is connected to violent and unscrupulous people.

However, simply believing that Matt is not responsible for the scamming does not absolve him from guilt. Matt has said himself he saw hole cards, and went even further to assert that he played in games where he could see his opponents cards.

This whole thing is being kept under wraps because of Samer's implicit ability to silence people with threats. There are people out there who want to talk, but can't.
