the only oldschool player with good results in super highrollers is Seidel, and judging by the wy hes playing I wouldnt be surprised if he has done some theoretical work (and if not, he can clearly grasp fundamentals on an intuitive level, like Isildur). Hellmuth, Dnegs etc have no results in tournaments without tons of recreational players giving them chips. Sure, exploiting amateurs to the maximum is also an important skill moneywise, but it wont win you superhighrollers.
