How is Martin Kabrhel not banned from the WSOP?
He makes any tournament no fun for anyone and on top of it
I’ve seen him mark cards in every tournament I’ve ever played with him.

Cheaters are welcome at the WSOP. They welcomed Ali with open arms so why would they ban this guy? At this point im pretty sure you would have to commit an actual crime and get thrown in prison. Even then they'd probably still let you play if you could get some type of special pass from the prison. Hell even if you broke out they would gladly take your entry fee and let you play until the cops came and got you. In short WSOP= no moral compass. Oh yea didn't they let Chris Ferguson into the poker hall of fame? So yea unless this Kabrhel guy assaults someone or something dont count on WSOP banning him.

It's funny seeing replies with people using a hand where he made a wrong decision as evidence that he didn't mark cards, as if he would've had every single card marked. Anything less than full superuser mode can't be cheating.

So he’s marking cards and somehow been getting away with it for a long time ?

That takes some serious skill. More admirable skill than a bunch of GTO robots.

Poker as a profession is extremely dubious endeavour ethically anyway so looks like the scumbags are just getting out scumbagged in a really fun /interesting way

He’s also entertaining to watch.

Without the context of the hand, I think it could reasonably be argued he was trying to see all his opponent’s chips so he knows accurate stack sizes.

One would assume that manufacturers would have a way to make sure there are no differences where a poker player could edge sort (similar to the Baccarat stuff), but with RFID cards whose to say that they might not already be "marked" because its only so many decks being made and sold. I doubt his behavior is coincidental but proof would be almost impossible.

Some added context is I believe Martin is not well liked by other pros for speech play, antics similar to will kassouf. There is a YT video of him at an EPT and the entire table is bitching at him.
Some guys are just good at tilting other guys and may gain EV that way.
It’s more likely he’s in these guys heads than actually marking cards, but idk.

These are different photos and my comment was clearly about the others. I’m not defending the guy as I have no idea whether or not he’s cheating. I’m just saying there are some plausible explanations for some (not all) of his actions but it seems the NVG mob has already lit their torches so have at it.

100% he marked the ace of spades when he had As4s, then he called the 3bet with Ks3s hoping the rec had AsKx/AsQx and could bluff him off post. Also knew that Artur had As so Artur could never have an 8 since he opened from EP.

Must be easy to find proof of him… actually marking cards then instead of acting like a freak.

i had never heard of this guy before the 250k youtube live stream. he is the most entertaining player to watch right now.. watching the other pros trying to combat him with passive aggressiveness and just getting more and more tilted by his antics was great content.

His online results is pretty telling .

His names on fulltilt and pokerstars have a combined loss of over $1 million usd but of course that doesn't really tell the fullstory.

Guy has been around forever and still buys in to $250k mtts .

Don’t they (WSOP) have the decks that were in play whilst all these stills were taken? Surely it would be relatively easy to check for marks or tampering of some sort.

fyi, he's not a pro by any meaning of that word

as for card marking, this is more or less impossible to prove, as people accidently mark cards with their fingernails all the time
