Sure. But what does the statistic tell you? Okay, you ran bad. How does it help you?
You can run bad, and still not be playing well. You can run good, and be playing very good.
Other than as a curiosity, "okay, I ran bad", I think it's not very useful. There are other metrics recorded in HEM/PT3 that will give you a better idea of how you're actually playing, and how you might improve your game.
Knowing that you've run bad or good doesn't tell you anything that you can improve/change at all. There's no way to "fix" variance, you just have to deal with it.
