Since the abolition of the gold standard it can be argued that money has no intrinsic value. I would imagine that Isildur, being of the Zeitgeist generation would feel the same and values being the greatest at his profession above all.

I think it's the classic case of out thinking yourself time and time again, when DN just needs to play his game. Sometimes the brain can get in the way a little too much.

you guys make me sick. not that never 3betting AA in sb against UTG is going to be good but flatcalling is a legit strategy since your range is assumed to be so strong when you 3bet. its hard to widen it since you're 3betting against the strongest single raise range and you're oop so it makes it a bad spot.

now stop thinking that DN is a nl25 monkey that you should be giving advice to, anyone would bet significant money on him against you at any stakes and if they didn't they'd be losing on a good bet.

They are raking $5 instead of .50 because on stars there are no nosebleed heads up tables so they have to play 6-max even if its heads up. Hence $5.

not one table got 200bb stacks that is the main difference if it woulda been isi vs someone when he was rolled. Then stacks would be fly-hhhhhhhing.

However, 8 tabling is ****ing insane.

GL HF !

edit; one table got a 200bb stack now! 100bb effective still tho :/

edit2; oh well, perhaps i was to quick to "meh" it. This thread might rocketjump due to this match.... *grinding hands*
