Why haven't they moved to 200/400 or at least 100/200 deep? I thought Isildur1 would have pushed for this by now.

Perhaps Isildur1's staker has told him not to play that high, or Durrr is short on FTP.

Not as up on the highstakes action as many, although I find it very interesting. Can someone give the cliffs on this Johnny Lodden story?
