just based on the HHs it looked like he played really awful against postflopaction.

fan boys need to stop riding his nuts - doesn't matter how good he is at NLHE, he's down a **** load overall at ftp.

He really is terrible at plo. Postflop was picking off every bluff. Isildur1 didnt even switch up his game. He just kept betting his junk and getting called. Once you see you have a calling station...trap em...betting into them with air is beyond idiocy.

Fatigue's got to be a large factor in it. Barely any players will be able to perform at their highest levels over such a long period. Of course he's too blame for that.

**** PLO
Seriously.

So.. another failed comeback?

PLO is the most fun game to play but NL is so much more fun to rail.

i would love to know what islidur1 had in this hand. certainly he did not think PFA was weak with that weaksauce "request time" bull****. it would seem that islidur1 was pretty strong here but did not get there until the river. then again, wtf could that river do? anyhoo, islidur1's passive play makes this hand really interesting imo.

hmm, seems PFA calls time when he is holding the 1st or 2nd nuts. wonder if that's a consistent thingy?

Have you ever thought of the fact that theyre playing 6 tables and you often use your time bank in spots you wouldnt normally need to?
03-05-2010 , 10:46 PM

the wonder-boy overplays the **** out of aces imo.

Postflopaction requesting time in those spots is so incredibly standard. Don't you guys ever want to think of how much to bet when you have the nuts? Also, when you have nuts-no-redraw on the flop in PLO you have to think further than potpotpotpot
03-05-2010 , 11:09 PM
He might also be considering the fold too.

the world adjusted to, and copied his game, now he needs to adjust. dont think theyll keep the money

For the people who care - URnotINdanger2 vs KOSTYA_spb - 25/50 deep stacked - 5 tables

They are pretty deep on a few tables..75k,60k,40k etc..

Yep, just balancing his request-time-bet-under-pot range.
