And Sky poker is pretty small so any publicity is good publicity for them.
I think there's a line to tread between letting someone who won a seat slip under a radar, and parading them round because he's part of the Sky Poker crew or whatever.
I also think there's something fundamentally wrong with them coaxing the players into getting behind him and keeping all of
this 'behind closed doors'. The support he's been getting in the forums is a shame really, to which he deserves very little, if any at all.
You have a good point though, and heck, maybe it's been '+EV' for them to let him go deep in the main. I just don't think it's all that great of a move for their image, or the fanbase/players.
