I will leave it to others if it's good, but Cardoza has a book about the final tables of the WSOP. It's caled Championship Table At The World Series Of Poker. Its not exactly what you want, but its a start.

Mike,

Curious if you got into the wsop this year at all? I saw you earlier when you first joined and were looking for some investors.

Good to see you kinda explored 2+2 and decided to stick. Yea, things are different, but this is the poker community now and there's some "then" still mixed in with the "now".

PS. Did you play any online poker?

Bro, I knew Jack well. He won the big one the same year I won my 1st WSOP razz 1984. He was a great player. I knew his wife and son. His wife was always at the tournaments cheering him on. Later they got divorced and Jack hooked up with a chick that introduced him to drugs. If I'm not mistaken he had a pawn shop just outside of the Tunica casinos. He was in Biloxi, Miss b4 that and was doing alright. He died too early also, as far as I know the drugs hastened his death, if not downright causing it. He found out years b4 he died that he had a daughter, I presume through a relationship he had with another women. He did'nt even know he had a daughter he had'nt ever met. Supposedly she was interested in finding her biological father and called him on the phone, where they then began a father and daughter relationship. She used to play tournaments herself. Her name was, Kathy-- Keller (forgot if she used Keller as her last name, or middle), she was'nt married. She sure was proud of her daddy. I remember the last time I saw her playing a tourney, and her father had died recently, I bent down and whispered in her ear "I'm sorry to hear your daddy died, he was my friend. I know MOST of this story is true, but if any oldertimers than me know anything to add or correct, feel free to do so. Jack, was a great, agressive player. RIP, bro, I'll see you soon. (Just hope not too soon, I'm 59). I agree with you bro, there needs to be a book written, and the man to do it is The Living Legend himself, Doyle Brunson. I'm gonna try and get to Doyle and talk to him about it.

Hey bro, Nah, I have'nt even went down to the Rio, I am no good at begging. I have no arrogance, but I do have pride. People don't know me now, other than some of the oldtimers that are still above ground. The last tourney I played was at the 2005 Festa de Lago (at Bellagio), when Ted Forrest put me in. I have only played 1 tournament at the Festa De Lago and it got down to me and a young dude, and I let him win and me and Ted got a little more money and I made him take the 25K seat, they were taking from the winners prize. I mainly am just playin the low cash games at Redrock just to survive because I have been undercapitalized since "95" because of my own stupidity. I did'nt know how to invest my money, partied, whored, and was VERY generous to my friends and family. When I needed help, these same people would'nt help me. I lent one guy 20k, he would'nt lend me $100, lol. I have learned my lesson, I hope I can get one more chance at a decent life. I'm planning on, after I've been a member of 2+2 (I love this forum) to sell shares, even if I have to play for only 20-25%. You score a million and thats 200-250K, sweet. I wish I could play, but would much prefer to have a backer/backers already lined up. Its kinda embarrassing to go down to the WSOP and ask people to put you in. I will try to play the big one tho. I know some high rollers who might do something with me, but I'd rather network on 2+2 and form some lifetime alliances. TY bro for asking, if I can help you with anything, feel free to ask me. Thanks again and GL if your playing the WSOP. Yeah bro, I won good on Planet Poker, and on UB, and really good on Party Poker, but when all this cheating stuff came out, I just have played cash games. When I say I won good, I meant for the low stakes I was playing for, $5-10, $10-20, small NL and $4-8. Gotta go grind the Redrock $4-8 with a half kill, I'll hit ya with any responses missed when I get back. GL 2 meh

imo this is stupid, ebay seller fees are effing terrable, like around 12% for most all of the categories of items, they also charge a 12% seller fee for shipping, lol

It might be different for jewelry though

Bidding is up over 10K and the reserve still has not been met.

How much is the reserve? If I was Brad, and needed the money real bad, I'd sell at a reasonable price. The money could get him back in action, if in fact he's low on cash.

He was the Empire Poker spokesperson for years, first time I made a final table there he posted congratulations and good luck in the chat etc. Like they actually used his name a lot.

PokerJuice1, thank you for taking the time to post here. Many of the posters here have little respect for the older players and seem to get off on hearing about them falling on hard times (Daughtery, Eskimo Clark, Cloutier). It really is a shame. Best of luck to you.

Thanks Bro, I was fortunate to play and have played with those players, it was my honor. I tell you hard times can hit anyone. The older players laid down the foundation of what is the wsop today. I don't wish any ill will on ANY player, coz it can happen to anyone. TY for the compliment bro
